  The screen was so scratched and hard to read I could hardly follow the instructions. VERY frustrating

  Never works right. Always broken chargers and they don't charge at close to the power of the chargers, usually at half the power at best

  Apparently there are people who buy high mileage electric cars without installing a home charging station… and they were all here tonight in the snowstorm. I waited the better part of an hour for one of the 2 Chademo plugs (there are 6 CCS plugs) and now it’s charging at a snail’s pace… because… it’s underpowered. Works good for EVgo. Whole Foods is closing in 10 minutes, so I’m looking forward to a wet, cold hour before I can drive my oversized golf cart (a.k.a. “Leaf”) back to Longmont.

  Excellent charging speed! Benches nearby, and a decent amount of shade if you're waiting.

  I managed to find & plug into the right CHADMO charging outlet but it wouldn’t pull us my EVgo account I’d just established so I tried to enter use my credit card. But the monitor just spun around for 5 minutes on “waiting to authorize the charge”. Of course there is no one to ask help from at this charging station, so I left without being able to charge the car. I was stressed out by needing more charge to get but did make it home to our home charging station safely. Very frustrating public charging experience. This must be improved before old people like me will feel comfortable driving EVs any distance further from they can get back home.
