The Sheraton Downtown Denver- JD on site is so personable, knowledgeable and patient. I would give him 20 stars. I know he has a great future ahead of him.

The rental and return process was straightforward. I had the same desk agent assisting me both times, and he provided an exceptional level of service -- he was upbeat and positive yet professional, and he was prompt yet very thorough. This location had wide selection of vehicles for the class I chose as well, which was greatly appreciated.
