  We rented a car for a half day. We kept changing the time because of our meeting end times and they completely accommodated us. In addition, we dropped off at a different location and they dropped us off at our hotel.

  While it was initially hard to find the Enterprise Rent-A-Car counter (it’s in level B2 of the parking garage under the Sheraton - take the elevator) once I did everything was very fast and very smooth. I was in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. The clerk at the desk was very helpful.

  Excellent experience and service from the guys at the downtown Denver enterprise location. Great vehicle and great service.

  A bit tricky to find, maybe a couple more signs or an outdoor map by the valet. Great customer service and location

  Worst car rental experience I've had by far. Had a 10am reservation , got there at that time. There were a handful of people in line in front of us, seemed like one person working the desk but a few others came and went but not helping customers. After it was taking around 15 minutes per customer we realized they didn't have any clean cars available and were washing them as the customers arrived. The only front desk worker would go out and dissappear for awhile occasionally leaving the rest of us there with no one. Then come back , talk to the next customer , and disappear again. After 1 hour 30 minute wait in line we finally got our car but ruined our plans for the day. It would have been faster to take the train to the airport and get a rental there. Will never come here again.
