  Reserved a car for noon. Went to pick up and was told it was a several hour wait. The reason given by the gentleman at the desk was that it was near the end of the day....It was noon

  Totally understaffed No sense of urgency. Had a reservation went there checked in and was told to wait for my car. 30 minutes later when I asked where the car was. I was told they were still looking for one and it would be another hour or so. Finally got the car. Delayed our trip by almost 2 hours

  I rented a van for a trip to Texas, when I picked up everything went smooth and the van was nice and ready for a long trip. We were gone for 6 days and came back really early in the morning the day the van had to be back. I slept for a couple hours then drove to take it back when pulling into the parking lot it wasn't to easy to see where I had to park so when I pulled in there was a guy pulling out of the garage with a car that looked like it had just been washed. The guy looked at me put up his hand and started yelling in the car. From what I got he meant I was not in the right spot. He was rolling his eyes and being really unprofessional. I backed up and saw another guy come out and direct me where to go. I hady window down and thanked the guy "Quentin" for letting me know where to go and not getting upset. I work with customer service and the guy in the car was very disrespectful! Thank you Quentin for being such an amazing employee for Enterprise!!!

  Caleb and his team were outstanding very professional communicated. Well no exactly what to do when to do it and wish it in no time. After a long day of travel we came in we rented a vehicle from Caleb and he was still on top of it, he made the rest of our day, run very smoothly and made our trip amazing. We’re very grateful for him and his team. We definitely recommend that if he does not receive a race Caleb in the next year that we will have to come in here and hire him for one of our offices, paying him twice the amount of money he’s making now so he deserves a raise go Caleb and your team thank you always Stephen.

  Called on a Tuesday to reserve a vehicle after mine was hit by a red light runner. Was told one would be ready for me to pick up 8 am on Thursday at the S Wadsworth location. I arrive Thursday at 11 am, and they say my vehicle is at a different location 20 minutes away. I drive to second location, and not only is the vehicle not ready, but they still haven't finished paperwork related to insurance billing. So I'm sitting here waiting and hoping this stupid office will have a vehicle for me.
