  I will definitely consider renting from Enterprise again! It was an easy process and they provided me with a nice clean car. I liked their friendliness, professionalism, and the convenience of dropping the car keys in the “key drop box”.

  The only thing this location is good at is parking cars in the sidewalk. Even happens with an empty lot for their cars. They do it after every 3-month staff turnover. Absolutely ridiculous that enterprise has no respect for its neighbors and local community.

  The team here made the whole process smooth and genuinely enjoyable. Right from the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff actually enjoys working together. The energy and vibe in the office were so welcoming and positive. A huge shoutout to Winnie, who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was super friendly, answered all my questions patiently, and got me on the road in no time.

  I made a reservation for an 8:30 pickup and checked in early (for a "faster pickup" per Enterprise). When I arrived there was a waiting room full of people, and I was told they were cleaning my car and it would be 15 minutes. I finally received my car at 10:00. What is the point of taking reservations and offering check-in if a vehicle won't be ready until 90 minutes after the promised time? The only reason for the second star is that the staff were nice enough, if apathetic.

  Everything seemed fine. I got the rental booked through an insurance company, went and got my car. Car was fine. But after the fact I find out that enterprise changed the type of car from what the insurance company booked. When I called them to have it resolved they just lied and said I had requested the type of car not covered by the insurance that made the reservation. So what was supposed to be covered by insurance ended up being paid for by me. Without my knowledge or consent and after I had asked the employee for a car that would be covered by the insurance. They scammed me and I called them to try to resolve it, and being told that i requested a car not covered,(which is crazy, who would request to pay for something when you could get it without paying.) only to never get anywhere they just lied to the insurance company. I hope everyone reads this and decides to choose a different rental. I have heard many bad things about renting from here but now I can say myself that it is a terrible idea.
