  We needed a car for the day. Renting through Costco, enterprise gave us the best options and price. The pick up and drop off process was painless and the car met our needs phenomenally.

  Do not rent from here. I had a confirmed reservation, checked in early online, talked to them the morning of the reservation to confirm and arrange to be picked up. Less than 90 minutes before I was to get the car, they called to say they ran out of cars and canceled my reservation. No solutions offered ... other than "we open at 730 tomorrow and we may have a car by then but we dont know." No apology, no solution, not able to price match my original price if I could get a car somewhere else in the city. I then found out that they also canceled the reservation for another person at my conference so chances are it happened to someone else too. This is absolutely unacceptable. I expect better from a major company like this.

  Two stars because the employees are super cool, but this place sucks. Been here multiple times and each time I've had to stay for over two freaking hours waiting for a dang car. Five hours total life wasted between two visits. Renting a car here is like going to the dentist, super long wait times and they both feel like you're getting your teeth pulled. I don't have a car (yet) but at least I can watch the employees stand around smoking cigarettes. **45 minutes later** Oh yeah, and for my long wait, no free gas, but they did finally give me the worst car on the lot lol Jesus help me!

  Excellent customer service! The guys were super nice and helpful. Tyler was always there to take care of things. I was actually in an accident with my rental. They were very prompt in giving me a replacement for several more days. Would definitely recommend!

  This is a company that truly cares about their customers. Not only did they get us a great deal after another place totally hosed us but they helped us get a discount on the amount of days and found the exact car my wife was hoping for. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. I will never go anywhere else for my rentals. 10/10 all the way around.
