  Called Enterprise and confirmed a pickup truck rental over the phone 20 minutes before arriving. When I got there, they said they had no pickup trucks available at all. Very poor communication and complete waste of my time and money on Uber/taxi. Extremely disappointing experience.

  My husband & I had to make an unexpected urgent family trip and Tyler Hyatt was incredibly helpful and kind. We will be back. In times of crisis it's the smallest gestures of compassion that matter most. Thank you Tyler for your help this past weekend. We appreciate you!

  This is hands down the best experience I’ve had at an Enterprise, and I’ve rented all over. We had a group trip planned with some mixed travel of folks driving & flying in. Not only did this location have a better selection for our group, but the service was phenomenal. The morning of my pick up, Joe called almost two hours before to ensure I would be okay with the vehicle they had. It was within the category but slightly smaller than the vehicle I’d reserved, and I had concerns that we wouldn’t have the space needed. He said he’d work on it, and sure enough, when I showed up, he had a better vehicle than I’d booked. I was warmly greeted by both gentlemen in the office. Joe had me out within ten minutes. He thoroughly looked over the vehicle and beat me to documenting any existing scuffs/damages. Upon return, the vehicle admittedly had some dirt road dirtiness to her, but that was no issues. Tyler helped me with completing my return and made sure we were happy. He asked if there was anything else they could do to ensure our satisfaction. I am from the south where friendliness is a standard that certainly isn’t received everywhere, but these fellas know how to get business done. I’m not sure what you’re doing to ensure they’re great, but definitely give them some sort of bonus because it is hard retaining employees dedicated not only to their job, but to the betterment of the business. Yall have a rare bunch and should be ever so grateful for them.
