  I’ve had the opportunity to work with Brock, the manager, and his staff several times in the past couple of weeks due to incompetence by the collision company I chose to work with. Each time I engaged with Brock, it was very busy at his branch and I watched him engage with the other customers. He is EXTREMELY calm and kept a solution focused mindset. I admit I arrived there from the auto body shop feeling as though transparency in the customer service industry had all but lost any credibility. He treated me very well, never got rushed by other “needy” customers and explained every step for me. He is an ASSET to the owner/owners and I hope this review finds one or all of them. Don’t let this man leave your organization without a fight and serious counteroffer. Thanks to Brock and his staff.

  Worst customer service. I was told by the enterprise answering service that they take credit card only wich is fine. Come to find out that they only except credit cards with a chip wich they do not disclose at all. It doesn't even say it on the website that you are required to have a chipped card it just says valid credit card! Also they are renting out expired tagged vehicles to there customers. The manager does not listen to directions when you ask for the complete total cost with deposit and rental added together he only gives you the total for the car rental by itself! Because of him I was not able to rent a car and get the work started on my vehicle. If he would have said the correct total in the first place and they advertised that they did not except cards without chips this still would have been a horrible experience. The wait was way too long and they made it even longer by not giving the correct information about the total! I will be going to Hertz they are cheaper and have better customer service!

  Quick, reasonable, and pro. Simple process and a clean vehicle. Great to Rent from here when in a rush.

  I will definitely consider renting from Enterprise again! It was an easy process and they provided me with a nice clean car. I liked their friendliness, professionalism, and the convenience of dropping the car keys in the “key drop box”.

  The only thing this location is good at is parking cars in the sidewalk. Even happens with an empty lot for their cars. They do it after every 3-month staff turnover. Absolutely ridiculous that enterprise has no respect for its neighbors and local community.
