  Absolutely awesome process!! Kicking myself for not remembering the two guys names but super helpful and made the process so easy. I needed a Wrangler for a trip I was taking with a friend and the manager went out of the way to help me get everything set up. I will rent from this place every single time. Thanks again guys for the great service!

  I’ve had one of the worst months I can remember dealing with a difficult warranty situation and some really frustrating people. Tim at Enterprise has honestly been a complete bright spot through all of it. He has been incredibly patient, helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable, and that genuinely meant a lot to me. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Tim deserves the recognition. Because of how well he treated me, I will absolutely continue using Enterprise going forward. I really hope the Enterprise team knows how awesome he is and how much of a difference he made for me!

  The entire rental experience was truly amazing. I would like to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Tim and his colleagues for making everything so wonderful. Tim was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire rental process, from pickup to drop-off. He gave us a beautiful car that was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We come to Colorado regularly to visit family, and this will definitely be our favorite branch to rent from going forward. 100% recommended!

  I’ve had to be in a rental for quite some time due to an accident that I have back in January. And I would rent a vehicle for 30 days and I started out at one place that I won’t mention we’ll just say competitor, and then I tried out another place and on my third try I went to Enterprise car rental on Leetsdale. I wish I could say that I didn’t have an issue, but I did. But it wasn’t with the car rental people.. The situation was probably one of the worst situation somebody could be in while renting a car and these folks met me with compassion, understanding, and communicated with me the whole time. Not only that the price was right I never got hyped up like the first place, did it to me they never overcharged on the back end like the second place to me. If you’re coming into town and you need a rental car don’t get it at the airport. Pay the money for the Uber to take you to enterprise in Glendale. No one will treat you better guaranteed! I recommend to all my friends and family and even all the strangers that’s the place you need to go when you need a rental car. Their customer service, their prices, the overall experience was quick and first class.
