Despite having multiple customers, they were quick, friendly, and respectful. They let me know when they'd have the rental available and worked with me on timing. All in all, it was a great and easy experience!

Tim's customer service from beginning to end is always top-tier. I keep coming back to rent here because of the service each time.

We got off on a bad foot by them arranging a time for pick up and was over 30 minutes late to the pick up time which is extremely disrespectful of my time. They gave me a vehicle that felt like a go cart and then the next day after working a 10 hour shift the vehicle will not turn on with a warning reading "key system error".... now I am waiting for a tow truck to pick up this vehicle and every enterprise is closed except for the one at DIA. Which is an additional two hours worth of driving from where I am at not to mention there is no telling if they might try to charge me for any of this nonsense. This has been a colossal waste of my time. And if you like me work 60 plus hrs a week and need things to run smoothly reconsider other options if you have them, extremely disappointed by this entire experience.
