    JD is the best in the business! Always meets my rental needs and accommodates to my requests making sure I have the best experience and with vehicles that are gas efficient! Don’t forget Ermias who’s always keeping the ball rolling ! Best enterprise location in my opinion!!!

    May 13, 2026 4:42 pm Randy, Ermias and Alex each provided their own version of excellent customer service. There were other team members, who were not directly involved in my rental, who were just courteous on a general conversation level. I made a same day reservation, when landing at the airport, and they were able to fulfill my reservation. When I arrived I was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter and was attended to pretty quickly. I was taken by surprise with procedures and pricing and got over it quickly, as you can’t expect each region to have exactly the same pricing on feature and safety options. I experienced some unusual behavior with the vehicle and when I returned I explained to them what I experienced. Strangely enough, I could not seem to form proper sentences to clearly describe the simple issues I experienced. I had the feeling they thought I was trying to BS them and if I was in their shoes listening to me I’d probably think the same thing. Regardless, they acknowledged my concerns and addressed the issue above and beyond as I was looking for anything except to point out a problem. The result was a surprise and a pleasant one at that. They were able to drive me to Denver’s Union Station and this is where I am now writing this review. Ermias completed the reservation check in procedure. Alex resolved the issue I experienced and closed out the reservation. Randy drove me to my drop off location. Thanks guys!

    Great experience at the downtown denver location. When they didnt have the car type that i booked available, they were quick to provide me with an even better vehicle at the same rate.

    1 star — Wasted two hours, lost my reservation, still waiting on my refund. I arrived on time and waited over an hour in the lobby before they brought my car out. Two other customers were waiting around the same amount of time. When I finally got the vehicle it was still soaking wet from being rushed through cleaning. While loading my things, staff told me I couldn’t leave my personal vehicle on their lot. I’d been allowed to on a previous rental here, and nothing in my reservation warned me otherwise. The only nearby option was a 2-hour street parking spot with tow-away enforcement, which was useless for a multi-day rental. I offered to sign a liability release waiver. They refused. They offered no alternative lot, no other Enterprise location, no solution at all. Just “move it or cancel.” I had no choice but to cancel. The whole reason I rented was that my own car isn’t reliable enough for the 4.5 hour drive to see my fiancée, and now I couldn’t make the trip at all. Staff were visibly annoyed at me for canceling past closing, despite the fact that I was only still there because they’d taken an hour to produce the car in the first place. The worst part is I still haven’t been refunded. They voided the $300 deposit but the original booking charge has not been returned. My credit card company has attempted to contact them and gotten no response. I’ve rented from Enterprise many times without issue, so I believe this is a location problem, not a brand problem. But based on this visit, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else.
