She walked me thru the process and always took the time to explain to me how my car would be fixed, what steps I needed to take, what I could expect, etc. My car looks great and I'm thankful to have been able to work with them.

Fortunately, when at my routine maintenance appointment at Schomp Subaru in Aurora, I was lucky enough to get connected with Melissa from Elevate who made this daunting task feel so easy and effortless! She was able to get me taken care of right away. I’m so grateful for her and Elevate 🙌 huge weight off my shoulders - thank you!!
