  My car started making a clanging sound coming from the front driver’s side so I pulled into Brakes Plus on Evans. Kolton was able to diagnose and fix the problem so I could get on the road again. Super professional and helpful!!

  I had the BEST experience getting car maintenance I’ve ever had yesterday . Autumn went above and beyond to help me & the rest of the team got the issues I came in with handled quickly . I’m not going to any other brakes plus location but here moving forward !

  Autumn is great and was helpful and knowledgeable. Got my rear brakes done a year ago and great experience (other than needing parts from another shop). Got my front brakes done this time and tossed in an oil change since I was due and there. How hard could that be? Came home and my car starting having white smoke from the exhaust for 10 seconds when starting up when it was super hot out. Took it back. They said the head gasket was toast and needed a repair, which they couldn’t do. And would cost like $5,000. Their “head technician” even confirmed. Took the car to a specialty shop and they confirmed - not the head gasket, maybe the turbo oil return check valve, but definitely not a head gasket. I called the store to let them know and was told the manager was out on a test drive but back soon and would call. No call. Not surprised. Pretty embarrassing to mess up a diagnosis this badly. But here we are so may as well end up in a review instead. Maybe fine for brakes. But no other service, ever. I’ll take my business anywhere else from now on. Sorry Autumn.

  Spoke to Kolton the manager. Very pleasant, soft spoken, professional. Got a fair quote for an alignment without any surprise backend "fees". Only issue I had was I had just cleaned my upholstery the day before and requested the service person make sure to keep it clean and covered. The person who service the vehicle, or at least drive it into the bay, did perfuctorily cover with plastic and a paper floor mat, but failed to keep his dirty shoes and hands off of the seats. Consequently, I had to RE- CLEAN it again! And he left the paper and plastic in the car for me to dispose of. While I would definitely return to do business with Kolton, I would have real reservations because I don't want to have to clean up after them nor have my vehicle mistreated thusly.
