  After having the worst experience at Jiffy Lube it was very refreshing coming in and having the exact opposite experience here. John, and Emily were awesome and Morgan went above and beyond in explaining and talking thru what was wrong with our A/C and even came in on his day off to handle our needs. I couldn’t highly recommend any other place! 10/10 this was the best experience I’ve ever had.

  Had a great experience here! Autumn took very good care of me and my car’s needs. She made suggestions but was not pushy on any services and explained things thoroughly so I knew what the possible outcomes for my brakes and rotors. She was very friendly and pleasant to work with! She also was very professional and kept her cool when dealing with a customer in the store who was being unreasonable IMO. Even though it was a very busy day, Autumn kept me updated on my car’s progress and how long to expect to wait. I have been here several times and have always received good service!

  Agent Autumn was fantastic. My 1st time being here and my goodness she was amazing. She literally helped me get my car in shape and focuses on safety which is my number one thing in life. Ill be coming back next week to get more work done. Yeah good customer service is rare nowadays.

  Kolton was the best! I showed up with no appointment. My mud guard got detached and was scraping against my tire. Kolton went out of his way to help me out right away - I was in and out in 20 minutes. Would 100% recommend this shop (and Kolton!), and will definitely be a return customer. As a side note, while I was waiting in the lobby, a sweet woman came in for her appointment and I overheard her conversation with Joshua as she was checking in (yes, I eavesdropped). She was praising Joshua for his quality customer service, and also praised Kolton’s excellent customer service when she had spoken to him on the phone earlier in the day. This shop clearly values exemplary customer service!
