- GGGarrett5 days ago2.0Kolton was unprofessional on the phone had me waiting for 30 minutes to speak with Autumn. Kolton continued to not allow me to speak with her on my vehicle. The audacity for this self proclaimed “store manger’’ to exemplify such arrogance astonished me. I’m sure it’s a bit of an ego hit for the customers to prefer dealing with her than you, pal. Last time here.

- KKKaylee Keith6 days ago5.0Autumn, Rusty, and John are wonderful I’ll definitely be coming back here for my brakes. Thursdays are a slower day. It was great to be able to talk to Autumn, a woman, who went to mechanic school about my car. Usually it’s just me talking to old crusty men trying to upsell me and use scare tactics, not here. She took me to the bay and showed me the exact problem. I really appreciate their transparency and will be back again!
- MMMelissa MayerApr 30, 20264.0My first visit here was below par due to them selling me economy brake pads when I told them we used the car for deliveries. After 14000 miles, they completely wore out and destroyed one of the rotors so I called and told them I wasn't happy with my experience and they helped me turn it around and offered a fair price on premium brake pads on 2 of my vehicles. I will definitely be back next time I need brake work. My only advice is to make sure you emphasize that you need high quality pads if you do a ton of stop and go driving.
