  Rude as shit here and way more expensive, do yourself the favor and go across the street to O’Rielys by far better customer service.

  Incredible Customer Service from Angel! We had an issue with our AC and stopped by AutoZone hoping we could figure out what was going on. Angel went above and beyond to help us. He spent so much time trying different things, troubleshooting with us, and genuinely doing everything he could to get our AC working. What really stood out was that he didn’t have to spend nearly that much time helping us, but he was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and determined to find a solution. He never made us feel like a bother and truly treated us like he cared about getting us taken care of. Angel is the kind of employee who makes a huge difference in a customer’s experience. We are so grateful for his help and the effort he put in today. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Angel on their team! If management sees this, please know that Angel deserves some serious recognition for the way he represents your company. Here’s an Ode to Angel- Our AC was broken, Our car was feeling hot, We pulled into AutoZone With hope—but not a lot. Then Angel came to help us, A hero in disguise, He battled with our AC For what felt like our whole lives. He tried and tried and tried again, He never walked away, Through wires, tools, and frustration, He fought to save the day. He sweated, he troubleshot, He gave that car his all, And even when the AC said “no,” Angel answered the call. So here’s to you, dear Angel, AutoZone’s finest knight- You may not have fixed our AC, But you sure put up a fight. For patience, kindness, dedication, You truly deserve applause- Because nobody fights for AC Quite like Angel does. 😭👏

  We came in looking for A/C auto recharge because our car was having A/C issues. Angel came in to save the day and went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong. Despite realizing that the issue may not be from the what we had thought, he continued to help us and tried alternative ways to restore our A/C. Even though the solution was beyond our reach, Angel was still going to help us. He really did more than we asked. Without him, our car would’ve probably blown up entirely. Please give Angel the biggest raise imaginable.

  Very attentive customer service. Angel helped with my AC problem and was very kind and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with Angel’s customer service and would come back if had more car problems.

  Angel F is the man! He troubleshooted our ac coolant system until we figured out a probable reason for the problem and helped us return products that’s we didn’t need. He’s the man, thank you Angel.
