I have to give a really bad review when it comes to customer service with these AutoZone locations and seems like no matter what location we go to to purchase parts then either never have them in stock. They send you to more than one or two stores to get the parts. We were there Saturday to purchase four parts for a truck, two Cadillac converters and two sensors. Unfortunately, this location was only able to sell us one which was a sensor and sent us out to two different locations to get the remaining parts. One of those locations was located off of Chambers and 6th in Aurora. The other location was off of 104th and northglenn. After going to the second location in Aurora and going to the third attempt in northglenn, they screwed up our order. No one was holding accountability of where our last Cadillac converter was. This is unfortunate for the clients because they not only waste your time but delay the labor that you have to do on a vehicle.

Long story short - I replaced my battery, and then had to call a tow truck. These guys were awesome and did everything they could to help me troubleshoot and fix it over the course of hours in the rain, then gave me a good spot to sit while I waited for the tow! Don't replace a battery if you driver GM 2016 or newer, but if you make the same mistake, do it here

Brandon was awesome, super friendly, helpful, and really knew his stuff. He speaks Spanish really well too, which made everything easier. Took the time to help me out and made the whole experience smooth. Honestly he deserves a raise.
