  I recently stopped in to get my battery checked which is a free service at Auto Zone. As a single woman this is a life saver! I was met with the best customer service, the ladies were so friendly and helpful.Aaron the young man who helped me was knowledgeable and helped guide me into purchasing a new battery and replaced it. His expertise and customer service is excellent something you don’t see often. Thank you again!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! Fernando and Adrian were friendly, attentive, and professional. They first tested my car battery, explained that it was no longer working and needed to be replaced, and then took care of the entire installation themselves. Fernando was very charismatic, and Adrian was always attentive and ready to help. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be coming back.

  I had one of my worst experiences ever at AutoZone, all because I asked for some help. The staff were unhelpful and had a terrible attitude. The manager, a short chubby woman who didn’t wear a name tag and spoke Spanish, was quite disrespectful. To top it off, one of the employees even threatened to beat me up and used profanity, telling me to shut up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this AutoZone to anyone. Looking at the other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who's had a negative experience there.

The manager, who was a small, chubby Spanish woman without a name tag, didn't do anything to help either. One of the workers even threatened me, saying he would beat me up, and they were using profanity, telling me to shut up. I definitely can't recommend this AutoZone to anyone. After looking at other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has had a frustrating experience there.

  I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone today. I was buying antifreeze coolant for my 2020 Range Rover and gave the employee all the information about my vehicle. I was simply trying to understand the difference between the concentrate and the 50/50 coolant. Instead of explaining it, the employee laughed and looked at his coworkers, and they all found it amusing. As a customer, I expected professional service, not to be made fun of for asking a simple question. Management should focus on hiring and training employees who treat customers with respect. One bad interaction like this can damage the reputation of the entire business. Because of this experience, I’ll be shopping at Advance Auto Parts from now on instead of AutoZone. I hope upper management takes customer service seriously and addresses how some employees treat their customers. Time was 19:02, date was 06/25/2026
