  I came in the other day for a part for my engine and a young lady was at the register I think her name was soleven I don’t remember well but she was awesome she helped me get the exact part I was looking for.

  This place has horrible customer service, we went in to get a battery swapped and wouldn’t do it because we didn’t have a phone number to use but we had a physical receipt for it, went to the auto zone a few blocks away and they did it no questions asked even a couple customers there said that auto zone is horrible. They young lady they have working there was very rude to us and pretty much sent us on our way.

  Horrible customer service went to go return my battery had receipt then the little girl that was working there said she can’t do anything about I went to the auto zone down the street and they gave me a new battery no problem

  This Autozone is by far the worst! Every time I have went there I have never been able to get the part or parts I've needed. This store is staffed with kids who don't even know what they are doing not to mention no one there speaks English. I have been told " we don't have that part" then called another Autozone, to be helped by someone who knew what they were doing. I've even been treated rudely by a kid with a smart mouth, there is no professionalism at this store and something needs to be done about it. Im a female and should be helped by someone who knows how to provide customer service with knowledge and be able to communicate effectively.
