  You get zero stars for Me. I went in yesterday to get some coolant for my car and I have a foreign car I have an Audi. . I was just asking if he could show me where I put the stuff in it and jesse had a terrible attitude very rude. The person that was before me he was rolling his eyes at when the customer walked out already so I knew he had a attitude, but I thought maybe it was just the person in front of me getting on his nerves but no, he’s just a rude person. I am pregnant currently giving birth next month and I had walked in with three children, and he wouldn’t even help me with where I needed to put my stuff at so I put it in myself. . I went in then to get his name and he continuously asked me why with the attitude and I told him he was rude as hell and he said good for me like what kind of customer service do y’all have here and he’s the manager y’all need to fire Jesse

  If I could do negative stars I would … I went in with a family member to get a new battery , their old battery gave out which they bought at auto zone I called ahead of time and was told we can bring the old battery in for 22$ core credit , so we went in took the old battery and bought a new one the battery was 214.99 + 19.21 for taxes with a -5$ discount and -22$ credit for the core and total came out to 229 and some change which the total should’ve been 207.20 and I went back and looked at receipt and it said they took off 22$ then added 22$ back on . We went back in to show them their mistake and the big chubby Mexican guy with glasses named ANTONIO and the “manager” he called over the phone JESSE was very RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL and said there was nothing they can do for over charging us and that jesse believes his workers over costumers … I do want to put this in there , there is a gentleman with color eyes they’re like light hazel he was very respectful and wanted to help but ANTONIO told him not to help us in a very degrading demeanor ! I called C.S and they said they would help me and that I was being over changed , DONT GO TO THIS AUTO ZONE !!!
