I've bought many things from this location in the past, but no longer. I pulled the wrong oil from the shelf, and when I got home and realized it, headed back to the store to swap out the oil. They said because I bought the oil and filter as a deal, I'd need to return both to make the exchange. Okay, got it, that make sense: the system has it's limitations. They said all I had to do was bring the other box back, it didn't even have to have the filter in. I said, "Well in that case, can I just grab another off the shelf so I don't have to waste another 30 minutes going back and forth?" It makes absolutely no sense to me, but they said no, it had to be the box I bought. It's the same box. They don't have unique SKUs. The dude who "helped me" had just gotten there and was clearly high. I won't be returning.
Edit: I went to the other location to perform the exchange, explained the information, and they agreed that there was no reason the other location shouldn't have been able to scan one of the other boxes in stock.

I would like to thank Nick who I believe is the store manager at this location for his above and beyond customer service. I was in a pinch my van broke down and I managed to park it in a nearby parking lot. Went to find a small but necessary part but the store did not have it. Of course I was disappointed because I wasn’t sure how I was gonna get home. But Nick kept trying to find me the part, he looked into all the other autozones in the area and said he would send someone to go pick it up if they had it, but none at all had the part. He then called other auto shops, O’Reiely and advanced auto parts to see if he could at least find the part to match it in his system. He found it and the issue was that all the stores including Auto zone only had the part in a kit. If I wanted one screw from it I would need to buy the whole kit which was just too expensive. He then offered to help me try and fix my part, it was a caliper bracket with a seized up mounting screw, all I needed was to pull it out to fix my issue. He grabbed the greasy part with zero hesitation and tried to help me pull it out. His hands were covered in grease but he kept pulling. It was honestly really kind and he is just an amazing person truly cared for my situation. Even though we couldn’t fix it, and I had to get someone else to bring me a part I needed, he still went above and beyond assisting me. He even walked to my van which was a block away from the store to check on me and offer more assistance after I got the part and was fixing my van, making sure I was ok. He didn’t have to go out of his way like this. Sorry for the long review but that kind of care and help does a lot for someone in a stressful situation and it just gives a bit of hope knowing there still people out there in these auto shops that really do all they can to try and help fix a problem. Thanks Nick you rock man 🤘!
I purchased an engine filter and cabin air filter. I told them what I needed and it was super fast and easy.

Shoutout to Nick and his team tonight. Not only is his team very much helpful and educated, but Nick is a top star leader. Whoever gives this guy trouble about being very fair with his team, can contact me. If you want an all star leader, Nick is it. This is coming from a Marine veteran and a business owner myself. These guys saved my 05 6.0 tonight.
P.S., management. These guys deserve a hefty raise.💰
