  I want to thank Steve for the quick response towing my car to an auto service garage when my alternator went out today. Steve even jumpstarted my car and drove it into the service garage for me. Really kind individual helping me get in and out of the tow truck. Super friendly service and so appreciative of the help!

  Steve was the absolute best!!! I can’t imagine what that evening would have been with the kids if he hadn’t shown up as fast as he did and rescued us from being stranded on the highway. While another tow company was saying they’d come within 57-87 mins, he was able to come within 15 mins, was extremely kind and so helpful in making sure our car got the shop safely. So grateful for the great service we received! You’re a life saver Steve!!!

  Worst auto experience of my life! I simply had a flat tire. Instead of doing what I asked they broke my wheel post and I ended up with a flat tire for the next 3 days because they didn't do what I asked , but claim they could fix it ... And when I asked for a tow three days in passing they never gave me one. They promised to refund my money and pay me back for the wheel post and they've done none of those things horrible horrible company the worst experience I've ever had. Stay far away! And according to a Facebook site of others who've been ripped off by this company in various ways, they make up their own positive reviews. Buyer beware they really knew what they broke on my car and promised to pay that and refund the towing and they did neither one I'm having to deal with it through a third party to try and get my money back. A nightmare of 3 days length. They're a scam company.

  My jeep dropped into neutral while I sat at a stoplight and the gearshift was still in drive. I put it in park to try to put it back in gear and it got stuck in park. We couldn’t even get it in neutral using the override. Fortunately Steve knew how to get it on the truck anyway. Super friendly, super kind. Thanks Steve for saving me when my jeep was stuck in a precarious spot.
