  I visited the Grease Monkey on 104th in Commerce City on Monday 6/29. I was politely greeted within seconds of arrival with courtesy and helpfulness. The time in to time out was 25 minutes. I highly recommend this facility to anyone without reservation.

  My biggest issue i had was i was told i can only get their option of the “premium” oil because of my make and model. What’s upsetting is i brought in a similar vehicle 3 years older got cheaper oil choice and wasnt told that i had to get their expensive oil. I already spent the money but i definitely wont be returning to this branch of grease monkey please dont sacrifice customer service for sales quota. Dont claim that I needed that oil because of what the car is. Just let the customer decide their oil.

  End up with a flat tire and didn’t have the correct lug nut tool. Pulled in here and asked if they by chance had a tool I could use to get my spare on. They were closed and locking up for the night. The three men inside were willing to help and changed it for me. I am beyond grateful for all of their help! Above and beyond.

  AJ seemed like a solid dude, he was thorough but not overly pushy on upchsrges. Work was fast and well done (it was a simple oil change). Washing the windows and the light vacuum inside was a nice touch. As far as price goes, it was probably twice as much as doing it myself, but we live in america and pay for convenience so it is what it is.
