  Mary and Parker were incredibly helpful and made my experience incredibly easy and stress free when renting a large truck to tow my trailer after my truck had broke down

  DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I rented a truck here that was brought to me with only a quarter tank of gas and a missed my seatbelt. The problem is I didn’t notice the seatbelt was missing until I was already in the road and why would I even think to check if the passenger seatbelt is missing. This wouldn’t all even be that bad however when I returned the truck and brought it to their attention (Mary Kate to be specific) she told me I wouldn’t be charged and I even got my deposit back. Now about a week and a half later I get a call once again from enterprise saying that they had no record of the missing seatbelt and basically insinuating I did something to them. WHAT WOULD IEVEN DO WITH AN UNATTACHED SEATBELT? I was driving in an unsafe truck from a shady company. Please steer clear
