- GHGlen HunsakerDec 1, 20241.0Purchased a Tree Forestry truck back in 2020-21. Recently this truck would not Start! Had a mobile mechanic out who diagnosed it was a CDM problem and had to go to Ford. At Ford they told me that this truck had an aftermarket windshield in it, which was news to me seeing I never replaced it No Factory insignia on the windshield whatsoever so my best guess is it had to be replaced because it got broke during shipping Or for some reason Before I purchased it through Custom Truck. What Ford told me is that because of the windshield leaking apparently water had somehow filled the fuse box causing corrosion and had to be replaced $6000 later, I have my truck back.
