- MAMak attackSep 28, 20265.0We were on 470 when our 15 year old BMW started acting funky (drivetrain error came up, and rattling when accelerating). Limping the car to Brakes Plus on a Saturday, we were sure the issue would be grave and take a long time. About 1.5 hr later, Vanessa told us the tech who recently did our coils and spark plugs elsewhere just didn’t seat the coil all the way down, leading to faulty spark. She was fast, honest, and didn’t charge us anything to fix our entire weekend. Thank you so much, Vanessa.
- BWBRYAN WILLIAMSSep 23, 20265.0I’ve had a great experience with this shop every time I’ve brought my car in. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done. They do great work, are honest about their recommendations, and consistently provide excellent customer service. I always feel confident bringing my car here, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop! Also shout out to Sonny for always doing a great job.
