  We brought our car in for an A/C problem, and even though it couldn't be fixed here, Ruben was amazing! He did everything he could to help us figure out the issue. He was super friendly and took the time to explain things over and over in a way that made sense to us. Excellent customer service from Ruben!

  Had an appointment for 11AM scheduled and was out the door in under an hour. Excellent customer service, Ruben explained to me in detail what else I needed to get done with my vehicle as well. Will definitely be coming back again soon!

  Every time I come into Brakes Plus, Omar takes care of me. He’s a Service Advisor and represents everything you’d want in an employee. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and always willing to help. He never overpromises and always overdelivers. He’s really good at managing scheduling times, even when their is a heavy volume, while seamlessly always makes sure to educate his guests within bounds so they understand what’s going on with their vehicle instead of just selling them something. Omar never makes you feel rushed even at peak times. He always takes the time to make sure you’re taken care of, heard, valued, respected, and supported. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Vanessa. Her leadership speaks through every action and every interaction. The way she carries herself and communicates with both customers and her team speaks volumes. I’ve been a customer here for a SHORT while, (with being new in town) and what she’s shown to be true and the rapport she accomplished in a short amount of time speaks for itself and shines. One thing that’s rare and commendable nowadays is seeing a team work together the way this crew does. Vanessa has built a culture where everyone supports and relies on one another, and you can feel it when you walk in. That’s not easy to find. Thank you to Omar, Vanessa, and the entire crew at this location. The service is always phenomenal, and it’s the reason I keep coming back.
