- DGDan Gleason3 days ago1.0I drove a decent ways here specifically to get a wash that included an undercarriage power wash. This was in anticipation of doing some work on my undercarriage, which I needed clean. I paid $26 for a car wash, then went home and found that the undercarriage hadn’t been cleaned at all. Like, there was very visible loose dirt all throughout. I could’ve done better job cleaning it with a hose, which of course I had to do after realizing this. I called the shop and left a voicemail sharing my experience and requesting a call back, and they never did. Paid $26 for nothing and horrible customer service. I won’t be going back here.

The attendant by the name of Jr threatened my membership after honking my horn for one of them to check the reader but yet they let 4 other cars enter that were initially behind me enter. As a loyal customer for over 5 years, that assists with wages and salaries, Whistle should be more concerned who the hire to represent the organization. Jr should be reprimanded. Perhaps it was decrimination Up until now I had never experienced such rudeness.

On top of that, Whistle Express is always fast, organized, and does an excellent job keeping my truck looking clean. This place is not recommended it is mandatory!
