I've always had a good experience at this location, the manager Austin runs a tight ship and does a great job. Thanks also to Trey, Dalton, and Orion

I've been to this location for an oil change several times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm usually in and out very quickly, and it's nice that I can stay in my car while the service is done. Very impressed with this business.

Charging my daughter 3x or 4x the price available for Valvoline air filters at the local auto parts store is deplorable. You took advantage of her. My daughter went to the local Valvoline oil change by mistake, after our last family visit we decided to find another provider, since your "technician" broke one of the shroud clips under the hood and manager failed to replace it when he claimed he would.

The manager, Austin, took me and my car right into the bay and got to work. Asked me questioned, listened to what I wanted to get done on my Toyota Highlander. I had a premium synthetic oil change, fluids topped off, and all air filters inspected in a matter of minutes. I was out of there in 15 mins. See you in 3 months!

It wasn't actually about the oil change itself. It was about how the paperwork was handled. I presented the person who handled the paperwork with a 20% off coupon and they acknowledged it. Then when he gave me my invoice it was someone else's invoice. I finally got the right invoice and I trusted that he applied the coupon. He also told me that the sticker printer was "down" and that I needed to keep an eye on the mileage listed on the invoice. I left the shop. On my way home I examined the invoice further while stopped at a red light and the coupon had not been applied. I went back to the shop and explained the situation the employee who was supposed to apply the coupon and he told me that his "manager" would have to take care of it. His "manager" showed up and had no idea what had happened other than the other employee said something about a coupon. I had to explain the situation again to the "manager". Then the "manager" went off with my invoice and came back and asked me to see the coupon again. Mind you I showed the coupon the the original guy once at the beginning when he scanned it and then once when I returned to the shop. I was then told by the "manager" that he would have to redo the invoice which involved charging me again with the discount applied. I'd have to keep an eye on my account and see if the original charge dropped off my account. After the discount was applied he gave me both invoices for reference at my request. I mentioned something to the "manager" about the fact that the shop is usually more together and the hold me that the manager and assistant manager were gone. I was surprised that they were left without a manager even though this guy was presented to me as the "manager". I also asked him about a car that was parked in the handicapped spot that had no handicap placard or handicap license plate and he said they park there all the time. I told him that was very disrespectful to handicapped people like my wife. He said that he would have the person move their car, but alas that didn't happen. So, all in all not a great job done by anyone. I'm also not very pleased by the deception of the "manager" to present himself as such. It must have been something like, this guy has a problem who wants to play manager?
