  Cam, and his team are honest, hardworking guys. I trust this Valvoline. Cam told me about an issue with my Truck’s skid plate bolts being stripped out. I have been taking my truck to Big O Tire in Castle Rock for the last year but I regret it now. Big O Tire never told me about the issue and had I known, I would have gotten it fixed. I plan to find a new mechanic in Castle Rock moving forward. Cam sent me a photo of the issue and communicated throughout the entire process of getting the oil changed and skid plate fixed to the best that they could at their shop. 10/10 service. Thanks

  The men were very friendly and were willing to help. Service was quick and they explained what they did. Suggested other things but didn't pressure me. i will use them again.

  Nick and William had excellent customer service. Despite being really busy they both took good care of me and went the extra mile and I just wanted to say that makes all the difference!

  My 16-year old son went to Valvoline as a loyal customer to have his regular oil change. The battery test was positive. At the conclusion of the test the truck would not start & had to be jumped. My son was told to drive the truck for an extended period of time. The battery failed multiple times over the weekend and required a jump. I personally took the vehicle to the shop. The battery test failed. I requested the battery be replaced at no cost. I was told I had to return the next day to speak with the manager. Upon returning, I spoke with the Valvoline Manager at the Quebec and county line store. I explained the situation and requested a new battery at no cost since the battery tested positive at the start of the service. It is now negative and needs to be replaced. Austin declined to take any ownership and informed me Valvoline is not responsible for the now failed battery. I asked if a national company was comfortable losing a loyal customer because they would not rectify the problem. Austen told me to have a nice day and leave. He did not offer to jump my truck. I requested a technician provide me with the corporate number and jump my truck. He did both.

  This is definitely my new regular spot for an oil change! The crew got me right in for an oil change and they were so friendly and efficient. They got everything done within 20 minutes! And they let me know about some other services I could get, but they were not pushy about it. I highly recommend this place!
