  I had went to get gas I parked tried to pay it at the pump. The pump wasn't accepting my payment. I went inside and paid $20 off of my card to the cashier I went back outside to try to pump my gas and notice that the handle was loose and wasn't pumping gas. I went inside and said hey for some reason it is not pumping gas and instead of trying to help me the lady at the register she had glasses and short brown hair was very very rude acting like I was stupid. So of course I had to give it a little bit back to her but she said oh you didn't spend any money. It's prepaid. If you didn't prepay it then I'll go back in your card and I said well that doesn't make any sense. I checked my bank statement and it said that it took the $20 from my account. I am not dumb. I've paid gas before and have never had a problem at all pumping gas until I came to this gas station so they took my $20 and I left with no gas. They didn't refund me or anything. There was a dude there who wasn't helping either and they both just treated me like I was stupid They both told me to try another pump and to pay another $20 which doesn't make any sense. I had called HR and made a complaint and I bet you I still won't get my $20 back they technically stole from me so won't ever be coming back here

  often one of the lower priced stations around. Not my top choice, usually the Exxon and Mobile stations at Arapahoe are cheaper, but sometimes this one makes more sense to get a few gallons at than drive out of my way to save a couple cents.

  Gas pump defaulted to a higher grade of gas even though I selected a different option. Thanks for the illusion of choice.

  Usually $.75-$1.00/gal cheaper than the ripoff gas stations in Highlands Ranch. Use Dinopay app to save an extra $.20/gal
