  This was my second visit to this Grease Monkey location, and it will definitely be my last. The first time I came in, I almost didn’t return because of Cameron’s demeanor. He came across as rude and arrogant, but I decided to give the location another chance. My oil change itself went fine, but as soon as I left, my car started making a strange noise through the vents that had never happened before. Since the noise started immediately after my service, I returned to ask if they could take a look. Cameron immediately became defensive and insisted it wasn’t anything they did. Before even looking into the issue, he told me he could “almost guarantee” there was nothing they could do that day. That response was frustrating, especially considering I was simply trying to understand why a brand-new problem appeared right after my visit. The store manager, Breydan, was much kinder and more professional, and I appreciated that he took the time to speak with me. However, I left feeling like I was given a vague explanation blaming the vehicle manufacturer, covid, and poor quality parts rather than a genuine attempt to determine what had changed. Offering me a discount on my next oil change didn’t address the fact that I now have to spend my own time and money having another shop diagnose an issue that wasn’t present before my service. I would recommend going to a different location

  I have depended on this Grease Monkey installation since the day it opened, and they have NEVER let me down. I'll never go anywhere else. The new manager, Brandon, is a rockstar. He and Caiden went above and beyond servicing my car. They flushed the old oil and replaced it with new, clean oil, replaced the license plate bulb, which I did not know about, topped off all of the fluids, and I can say without exception that my little black Beetle ran so much better after those two wonderful young men took care of it. Thank you for above and beyond service, outstanding employees, and understanding. As I said, I'll never go anywhere else.
