  Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I scheduled a truck pickup for today, August 28th, at 10:00 AM. Yesterday, I was informed that they did not have the size truck we originally reserved and that we would be given a different size, whether larger or smaller. While that was already an inconvenience, we were willing to work with it. However, today at our scheduled pickup time, we were told the truck was not ready. We waited, continued calling, and were repeatedly told that someone would call us back as soon as it was ready. We waited the entire day and never received a call. Now they are closed, and with the business being closed Saturday and Sunday, we are unable to move until Monday. This has caused a major inconvenience and disrupted our plans significantly. Moving is already stressful enough without having a rental company fail to have the vehicle ready at the agreed-upon time and then leave customers without any communication or solution. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication and failure to provide the truck we were promised is completely unacceptable. This situation has impacted not only me, but my entire family. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

  I had no idea that there was a difference between enterprise and enterprise truck. I got a small 4 door pickup that any other time I got a pickup it was just another vehicle rental. I waited over an hour to turn it in and I needed to go to the back room as I was repeatedly skipped / passed by the one employee apparently only doing car check in and outs. I was pretty irritated to say it lightly.

  Luke was extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. I had never driven a 15 foot moving van before and he took the time to go over everything so that I would feel comfortable. The van was immaculate and spacious - perfect for moving everything we had. Great prices as well. I'm a single mom moving a college student and we were able to do the entire move on our own... Ladies, you can do this! I would definitely use Enterprise again for my next rental, and highly recommend them. Excellent support team - very happy customer!

  I had reserved a truck to tow my 5th wheel and I was told they'd have a truck for me. With a 5th wheel Gave her my ID and birthdate over the phone. I've rented with them before. I show up and apparently they wont even let me use a damn truck until I turn 25. And they dont have any trucks with 5th wheel hitches

  Bait & switch? I booked a cargo van for a local household move. When I went to pick it up I was told the model I booked was unavailable so I was given a different model at the same price. The problem is that the model I was given was cheaper than the one I booked and yet I was charged for the more expensive rental.
