Zane and his team were truly wonderful in assisting me with my truck rental. After a series of terrible events leading to me needing to rent a truck, I'm so grateful to have worked with someone that was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and just an overall a pleasure. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times and I know I won't use anyone else in the future. Thank you Zane!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I scheduled a truck pickup for today, August 28th, at 10:00 AM. Yesterday, I was informed that they did not have the size truck we originally reserved and that we would be given a different size, whether larger or smaller. While that was already an inconvenience, we were willing to work with it. However, today at our scheduled pickup time, we were told the truck was not ready. We waited, continued calling, and were repeatedly told that someone would call us back as soon as it was ready. We waited the entire day and never received a call. Now they are closed, and with the business being closed Saturday and Sunday, we are unable to move until Monday. This has caused a major inconvenience and disrupted our plans significantly. Moving is already stressful enough without having a rental company fail to have the vehicle ready at the agreed-upon time and then leave customers without any communication or solution. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication and failure to provide the truck we were promised is completely unacceptable. This situation has impacted not only me, but my entire family. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
