  Luke was extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. I had never driven a 15 foot moving van before and he took the time to go over everything so that I would feel comfortable. The van was immaculate and spacious - perfect for moving everything we had. Great prices as well. I'm a single mom moving a college student and we were able to do the entire move on our own... Ladies, you can do this! I would definitely use Enterprise again for my next rental, and highly recommend them. Excellent support team - very happy customer!

  I had reserved a truck to tow my 5th wheel and I was told they'd have a truck for me. With a 5th wheel Gave her my ID and birthdate over the phone. I've rented with them before. I show up and apparently they wont even let me use a damn truck until I turn 25. And they dont have any trucks with 5th wheel hitches

  Bait & switch? I booked a cargo van for a local household move. When I went to pick it up I was told the model I booked was unavailable so I was given a different model at the same price. The problem is that the model I was given was cheaper than the one I booked and yet I was charged for the more expensive rental.

  Madeline was extremely professional while also being personal and helpful throughout the whole experience. She handled my request to extend the rental effortlessly. During a stressful time of moving she made this necessary adjustment painless. She is a massive asset to your team. A bonus to the whole experience was renting a newer F-550 powered moving truck with a lift gate. I will go out of my way to rent a truck from here again.
