  I want to rent a specific vehicle the person on the phone told me that they would have it ready I filled out all the paperwork and when I got there they tried to give me something else and told me they didn't even have that vehicle

  This place gave me a car that leaked a quart of oil onto my garage floor 30 mins after I got home. No one actually checked out the car they just took pictures and said you’re responsible for everything. The fluids were completely empty minus the gas because that’s all they care about. The staff at this location was subpar and customer support over the phone with enterprise was horrible, the customer service person barely spoke English and had no clue what I was telling her. She sent the tow truck to the wrong location, sent me an uber when I said I didn’t need one and hung up on me mid sentence while I was asking what time the closest enterprise opened so I could get an exchange vehicle. I was not upset on the phone, I had full bars, I had to speak with 3 other customer service representatives in order to get my car towed and exchanged. Please for the LOVE OF GOD, check out your vehicles before you leave enterprises lot. I didn’t think I’d have to check for major engine leaks on a brand new car and the kiosk people swore that they check out every vehicle when it comes it. Seems like this car has been leaking oil for the last 100 miles. Now I’m pissed and stuck dealing with these buffoons, no one at enterprise cares. Enterprise should have an on-call car exchange or 24/7 location where customers don’t have to wait hours upon hours upon hours outside of an enterprise location with all their luggage and belongings in the cold before someone helps them. After this trip never renting from these fools ever again. Absolutely dropped the ball on so many levels
