    I initially thought everything was fine, but once I started driving the car, I did not feel comfortable or safe with its condition. This was very concerning, especially since I trusted that the vehicle would be in proper working order from the beginning. The car I was given at the beginning ended up being towed, which already raised concerns about its condition and reliability. In addition, I left personal items in the car, and it has now been almost 2–3 months without any resolution. I have been waiting this entire time, and no one has returned my belongings or provided a clear update. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better communication, responsibility, and vehicle quality.
