  Stopped in to change my reservation from a different Enterprise across town after dropping off my personal vehicle for repairs. Wasn't optimistic when I saw 8 angry looking customers ahead of me, serious Monday morning energy. The entire line was cleared and happy within 30 minutes, and I was in a freshly cleaned vehicle less than 40 minutes after walking in their door. With so many bad previous car rental experiences, and for them to provide a suprise rental that was entirely my fault, I'm impressed. Staff was positive and good natured as well. IMO, problems happen, it's how you fix them that shows your character.

  My first car smelled horrible like cigarette smoke but I was quickly taken care of and given a new vehicle in no time.

  The staff at this location were great to work with. Very thorough when explaining everything about the car. Responsive when things needed a little extra attention. Quick to get customers through the process and onto the road. Drop-off was equally good; quick, professional, and helpful. Couldn't ask for any better.

  Inventory inaccurate, did not have the car I reserved available, manager had a terrible attitude and lacked accountability for ownership of experience. Made excuses galore regarding booking and berated me with questions about why I needed the size of the car I reserved. Service level from the manager was null and void.
