Very disappointing experience with the staff at this Enterprise location. The employees were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional toward customers. I witnessed an Ethiopian woman being spoken to in a belittling and condescending way. There was also an Indian couple who had been waiting before us, yet they were kept waiting for a very long time while the staff seemed to be in a rush to leave. One employee, a taller man with long, wavy hair and glasses, was speaking sarcastically to customers and repeatedly slamming doors. Another employee, a shorter man with a side-part hairstyle and a full beard, was even more rude and impatient. He appeared to be in a huge hurry and eventually told us, “Oh, we cleaned a car for you, but you can go ahead and leave.” The way he said it came across as extremely disrespectful. The staff also repeatedly said they needed to close around 11:30 PM even though the location’s stated closing time was 12:00 AM. They were rushing customers, slamming doors, and talking to people as though they were stupid for asking questions. Being close to closing time does not justify treating customers this way. Everyone deserves basic respect and professionalism, regardless of their background or when they arrive. I hope Enterprise management reviews what happened and addresses the way customers are being treated at this location.

Really appreciated the customer service experience! When I returned the rental, the guy helping me was so accommodating and friendly. I believe his name is Carl or something similar. Thank you!

Not impressed. Lack of help plus busy makes for crazy. Did not get an suv like expected even though we set up on advance. At least the car was clean and full

My 5 star review is for Cullen Egan, a management trainee. I rented a vehicle from Enterprise on 9/3/26. I was very impressed with his professionalism & friendly customer service. I will definitely come back to this location!
