  Brought my 2005 Ford Escape in for a tire/alignment check and Elite found significant wear I didn’t know about — worn control arms, tie rod ends, sway bar end links, and a bad wheel bearing. They walked me through everything clearly with a detailed inspection report, didn’t pressure me on anything, and the pricing felt fair for the amount of work involved. Car drives like a completely different vehicle now — no more clunking or wander. Would recommend to anyone needing suspension work done right.

  I was really impressed with their customer service and genuine concern for their customers. They provided a complimentary inspection, thoroughly explained the issues with my brake pads and rotors, and clearly presented the available options to address them. Glad we have a shop like this in our community.

  Oil and filters change. I was given a complete explanation for the work done and pictures were shown as to why the air filter needed to be changed in addition to the requested oil change. Cory Was courteous and friendly as well as informative. I have complete trust in these people they do good work for a fair and reasonable price Finally, the location is pleasant and they have Wi-Fi if you need to wait while work is done Definitely recommend this place
