I’ve been taking my car to this Brake Plus location for about a year now, and every visit is exceptional thanks to Mr. Jeff. As the owner, he’s attentive, genuine, and goes above and beyond. I trust his word, which is rare these days! Recently, I noticed a drip on my garage floor. I called him, and he said I could pop in right away, even though my actual appointment was still a few days out. Within 45 minutes of my call, Jeff and his team checked everything to ensure I was safe to drive. No charge—just genuine care. When I came in later that week for my wellness check, they had everything in order. This is the kind of place that goes beyond expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone I know!

They were so incredibly nice and even with a short staff they got me in and out for an oil change so fast JOEY was incredibly helpful and so sweet and honestly so much better than jiffy lube. I will definitely be coming back again they did amazing much love

I highly recommend Brakes Plus. I've most recently had them do their Oil Change Plus package for both of my vehicles. I interacted with Jeff both times and I appreciated how well he explained various issues the cars had as well as the timeline I would likely need to address the issues. I didn't feel pressured by him to make an immediate decision. The service was great and the building is clean. I've had no issues at this location.

The brakes plus team and management were fantastic in helping me solve a squeaky problem! Having a newer car (2024), I hadn’t expected any major noises to happen and it turns out it was a simple fix! Thank you to everyone at this store!

I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. Joey was super friendly when i walked in and promptly explained the evaluation that would be done. I received a call far earlier than expected that the car was done which was awesome. i spoke with Jeff on the phone twice and he was also super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this location and Joey and Jeff. I will definitely be back!
