  Bummer bc this location used to be awesome but now it seems like every repair has to be done twice or more :/ 3 stars instead of 1 because I think the associates are very kind and thoughtful (shoutout Cam shoutout Jeff shoutout Joey) Just not near the same quality of work.

  Brought my work vehicle in when my low oil light came on and they got me in right away and gave it a quart of oil. Really helped me out, fast and friendly. Thank you!!!

  I went in for a coolant flush (as advertised on their coupons on their website) was about 114 dollars with the 15$ off coupon. I picked up the truck and drove it home. I decided to check everything just to make sure it was done (it wasn't) The reservoir hadn't been touched and it still had the same old orange coolant sitting at the bottom that was there before. I took it back and the manager said "Well, you wanted a coolant flush! we don't offer that! we only do a coolant EXCHANGE!" So I told him, "well, the website coupon offers a "antifreeze/coolant flush service" so that's what I'm expecting, plus you HAVE to flush out all the old coolant before you put new coolant into the system." And the manager said well, we don't do that, we don't flush the system, if you want I can just top off your reservoir with the new coolant or I can drain the reservoir and put new coolant in there, but we don't offer a "coolant flush" only a coolant exchange." So I told him, "well, even if that's true that you only offer a "coolant exchange" as you call it, there still wasn't any "exchange" because the work was never done right in the first place, so not only did I NOT get a coolant flush as they advertise, but I didn't even get an exchange either!" The manager agreed and said okay well I'll refund your money and ill make sure that your reservoir gets cleaned and filled. So I agreed, I gotta refund and an apology (which was expected and is why they're getting 2 stars instead of 1) I'm still gonna have to get a coolant flush done elsewhere because the system was never flushed to begin with even though it's advertised. They just mixed old and new coolant in my system and wanted to call that good. I don't even know for sure if they drained my radiator or if they just added new coolant into it. . It's frustrating that mechanics won't do their job because they're too lazy, you just undo the hoses and take a water hose and blast water through all the hoses and lines and radiator to "flush" out the system, that's required in a "coolant flush" BTW I forgot to mention, I showed the manager the coupon that clearly said "15 dollars off coolant flush" He looked at me and said "I'm going to get in touch with Corporate immediately to get all that changed from the website!" LOL

  Jeff is great, clean work and fantastic communication. I plan on not only continuing my regular maintenance for my personal vehicle at this location, but also bringing my company vehicles here as well.

  This crew is amazing! I called twenty minutes before close on Wednesday, they got me an appointment first thing Thursday morning. Jeff and his techs explained the noise I was hearing from my brakes. Replaced then and explained other service to be addressed. I will return.
