I had a wonderful experience at the shop. Everything went well Customer Service was excellent. Employees seem to know their job. Well, very polite work is always done above Satis Satisfactory and that’s why I’ve been probably coming back over and over for 20 years. They take good care of me. I can trust the work that they do. I want to thank you and everybody above them for making sure they’re doing their job. They do a great job thank you so much if you don’t mind I can put. The manager‘s name that was on duty that took care of me with Ethan and one of his other employees that kept checking on me and making sure I was happy with everything while I was there, Cody and do all the rest of their crew. Everyone does a great job here. I love it here. Thank you so much.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over 4 years, but the current store management running this location acts like absolute scammers.
They charged me over $1,500 for an AC repair, but handed the car back with the AC completely blowing hot air. When I returned, the store staffs refused to fix it or refund me, saying they only installed "some parts" and didn't have the rest, telling me to take my car elsewhere. Charging full price for unfinished work and turning away a loyal customer is unacceptable.
It took escalating to corporate to get help. Corporate sent me to the Brakes Plus location on Southland/E Smoky Hill Rd, and that team was amazing—5 stars to the second store for stepping up, acting professionally, and actually fixing the job.
Avoid this Gibraltar Way store until they get honest management.

My wife took her car here because her brake light was out. The mechanic Kyle inspected it and ran a diagnostic. He told her that the light was working fine and there is no issue. When she took the car home, I visually confirmed that the break light was still out. She called the shop and after explaining the issue to to manager Eaten, he hung up on her. Very unprofessional behavior. I replaced the light bulb and it's working fine now.

We’ve brought our truck to Brakes Plus several times, and we’ve always had a great experience. The customer service has been excellent, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. We’ve been very satisfied with the service every time. This is definitely a place we trust and will continue to come back to. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed and concerned with my experience here.
I brought my Mercedes in for a simple A/C recharge. About an hour later, they called me and said it needed additional work. I told them to proceed. Less than 30 minutes later, I got another call saying the high-pressure A/C port was leaking and that the repair would cost $780 PLUS labor.
That immediately raised a red flag.
I told them to STOP the service and took my Mercedes somewhere else right away. The other shop inspected it and told me the high-pressure charging port had been broken/damaged and appeared to have been tampered with.
So let me understand this: I bring my car in for an A/C recharge, and shortly afterward I'm suddenly being told I have a leaking high-pressure port that requires an $780+ repair? Then another shop tells me the charging port was damaged?
The timing is extremely concerning.
I came in expecting a routine A/C service, not to leave with a potentially damaged A/C system and a $780+ repair bill. I’m extremely unhappy with how this was handled and with the explanation I was given.
I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any expensive repair they suddenly tell you that your vehicle needs. In my experience, getting the car out of there and having another shop inspect it was absolutely the right decision.
I expect this business to take responsibility for what happened and provide a clear explanation of exactly what was done to my vehicle while it was in their possession.
Very disappointing experience.
