  Have been there several times between 7:00 and 7:15 and the cones are up out front and and no employees were found. It says online that they open at 7:00 a.m. . I have been trying to wash my truck that I paid for a monthly membership on my way to work in the mornings. Try calling the phone number which is out of states and it always says there are no agents available . You're not going to get customer service or support when you need it and they're not open when you need it the most on the way to work. Would not recommend any whistle location as they are all going to the same corporate location. Have left voicemails on the number that is Corporate we're no agents are available, no replies on the voicemails either

  I love this car wash; Whistle in Castle Rock, CO. They are all so customer service oriented. They will wash your car mats; when asked. My car looks great after I have it washed. They supply cleaning rags, cleaner for interior and window cleaner. The BEST CAR WASH EVER! So worth the monthly charge. You choose the wash you want and wash your car as many times a day, week or month as you want! Thank you to all the great people that work at Whistle for always making my day! Lucy Antonelli

  This place is awesome! Tunnel was super clean, bottles and towels were well stocked, vacuums had good suction, and the service was amazing. Troy and Hawk especially were super friendly and helpful, definitely gonna come back!

  Clean and fully stocked every time I go. I got the Fortify service since they are doing a promotion. Workers seem engaged and helpful as they scrubbed my floor mats. Bonus is the vacuums that clean the inside of my car. Thanks. Shout out to Troy and Hawk.

  Extremely disappointed with this car wash. During my wash, the machine inside the tunnel—the wrap-around equipment that moves around the vehicle—struck and broke the left rear tail light cover on my car. The damage was obvious and happened while the vehicle was in their system. Staff acknowledged the incident and said a claim would be filed, but instead of taking responsibility, they refused to cover the damage. It’s frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle, have their equipment cause visible damage, and then be left paying for it yourself. Accidents can happen, but accountability matters. Refusing to stand behind your equipment and your service is unacceptable. I hope corporate sees this and addresses how customers are treated when their property is damaged on-site. I would strongly encourage others to inspect their vehicles carefully after using this location.
