Don’t schedule a remote install in Colorado for the afternoon, installer came out to do my truck rear window and immediately said he couldn’t do the install due to rain, it was blue skies everywhere with not a single rain drop, so then I had to schedule an in shop replacement and the didn’t even vacuum out the old broken window. Very sloppy service. Won’t ever use again.

Here’s a polished version:
I went in today to get an estimate for my rental car, and the team was excellent. They cleaned the car and helped put plastic wrap over the broken glass. When they realized the rental company would not allow the car to be returned back then to fix in a week, I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the manager and staff. They did not charge me anything, which I really appreciated. Very kind, helpful, and professional team.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I went in to replace my drivers side window that had a crack in it. When I arrived they said they had the wrong window, no one called to tell me this happened before I showed up to the location and said I would need to reschedule. Somehow they found the right window and I was able to have the work completed. After waiting 2 hours I was told that the window broke when they were installing it. I was told that the new window would remain in place but could not use it given it would break if I rolled it up or down. They said they would be getting a new part to fix it and would keep me updated on scheduling to fix the window. Well after 2 weeks of no one telling me what was going on and inability to use my window, I called customer service. The said they had the part at the shop and could schedule my at 8 am in 2 days. I took the appointment after moving around my schedule for the day. I showed up to the shop at 8 am today. After waiting 15 mins for someone to come help me at the front desk I was told they didn’t have the part and they were still looking for it. Yet again no one had contacted me to tell me this. I had moved around my whole day and was told I would have to continue to wait until they found the part. When I asked if I could speak to the manager who I talked to at the original appointment to see if I could just have Volvo complete the repair I was told he wasn’t here. I asked to have them call him and was told he was off for the day and could call me later this week. I am absolutely appalled by this service. Not only did they break the window on initial install there has been 0 communication about fixing it. DO NOT get your car fixed here!!! Ended up with more damage than what I started with and weeks without communication to get it fixed.

Clear, concise communication in a friendly environment. The tech provided a full summary of the car's camera recalibration, which gave me confidence that the job was done right. My only complaint was the need to leave the car for 6 hours, but I understand getting bumped down the priority list with an insurance claim.

I wish I could give zero stars. I've used Safelite for years. This was by far the worst(and only) bad experience I've had with the company. They were nothing but rude and disrespectful the entire experience. I asked why they were treating me so rude. All I got was"well sorry" and " I said sorry since that's what you want to hear" I also got a"whatever". They also said they closed at 5 so if hear from them to pick it up by then. At 5 nothing and no way to contact the shop even thru corporate. So I head at 5 so I can get my car or I had no way to get home and was told it would be done by7 and because it was I drop off they could finish it whenever they wanted, apparently even after business hours🤔 There was also no going over the work just an arm outstretched with my keys when I arrived with out a word. Unreal. Now I'm just hoping my windshield doesn't leak. I can't believe this location is still in operation!
