Had a rock hit my windshield and knew I needed to get it fixed. Was able to book an appointment through my insurance company and it was so easy. I could pick online what appointment I wanted. When I arrive for my appointment, everyone was so kind and assuring. The process did not take long and I was in my merry way!

Easy scheduling, excellent communication, transparent pricing, punctual arrival, quality and tidy installation. Working with Safelite made the experience, which could be a hassle, not a hassle.

Technicians have been great. My only issue is they need to have a spot for personal notes for the technician such as "customer will not be home until 9am, 845 is bad due to child school drop off" Guess when the technician liked to show up twice! 8:42.. such a waste to tell the person who made the appointment. Missed first one, made second and kept my kid home so I didn't miss it again..... lame. ADD A MEMO LINE FOR TECHNICIANS! - from customers Thank you. Otherwise, great service and company. Easy to set up.

The windshield is fine, but just a warning to BMW owners. Safelite doesn't really now how to calibrate things correctly after replacing the windshield. I had to take it to a BMW dealer to fix everything. Also, the technician ripped wires out of my hardwired radar detector instead of just asking me to remove it first...I would have gladly done it without damaging the wiring. 2021 BMW X5M

I would NEVER use Safelite again for a repair, AND I will tell anyone who will listen to never go to the Castle Rock location to have their windshield replaced. Here's my experience. It was awful: 1. First, the Castle Rock location has music from the repair garage booming through the walls into the waiting room. Like a bad heavy metal concert while you wait for your vehicle. 2. Second, when my truck was completed, one of the garage employees backed out without looking and smashed my driver's side mirror (JUST CRUSHED IT!) The Safelite people apologized and said they'd make it right. 3. Third, I took it to my Toyota dealership on August 3 and had to work through Safelite's insurance company, Sedgwick Claims Management Service, and this company was MORE THAN AWFUL! Oh, sure, this company sounded nice and assured me it would go fast, but they never would call back the dealership, so I'd contact Safelite's Customer Service team to complain (and they were very apologetic and nice, too), except it took my prodding and calling and following up and between Safelite and Sedgwick saying the right things to me, but DOING NOTHING, I am still out $1800 (Sedgwick said I had to pay for the repair and they'd reimburse me and send the check, but I still haven't received it) and Safelite said they'd try to reimburse my two Uber expenses to the dealership (about $200), but what they say sounds great, but literally, nothing they say happens and no one has reached out to say: "We really dropped the ball on this one." 4. By the way, I got my truck back over 30 days later and if I had left it to Sedgwick and Safelite, I bet my truck would still be sitting there.
