- LBLisa Burt4 days ago1.0Worst experience ever. I was charged over $400 for an oil change and other services, which included a replacement air filter and oil filter, neither of which was replaced. In addition the technicians detached an air hose, which caused immediate mechanical issues as soon as I left the store. I took my car to my mechanic and discovered that in addition to the detached air hose, they never replaced my old dirty air filter or oil filter, though they charged me for both. They also left greasy footprints on the carpet inside my car because they didn't put paper down. When I returned to the store to ask for a refund, the manager (wearing a black baseball cap emblazoned with 'Hash Heads') offered no apology and denied any wrongdoing. Told me to "take it up with corporate".
