- AKAdrianne KralMar 14, 20261.0This location failed to confirm our reservation 24 hours in advance and instead called an hour before pick up to let me know they had no vehicles for our reservation. They proceeded to tell me they had moved my reservation to the airport location and they would have what I reserved. We drove out to the airport to find that the Castle Rock location had not transferred our reservation, but cancelled it. Due to spring break, the airport could also not accommodate our reservation and request for a three row SUV. I returned a call to this location with the update and they basically said “sorry, we can’t do anything for you.” I requested a manager call me back and they never did. I had to cancel our entire trip to Phoenix because this location could not do their job sufficiently.
