  Elite Autoworks came through and helped me bring life to an older car that I brought in. Donovan specifically went above and beyond to help me. They even worked with me on my battery situation, which was a big saver! I will definitely be returning to them for any future work and would definitely recommend anyone in town to try them out.

  Great experience with Elite Auto. They replaced the radiator on my aging Town and Country this summer And I’ve been back for additional work. Great communication from Donovan. Gets needed work done promptly with fair prices. And points out potential trouble areas on my old car but never a hard sell, which I really appreciate!

  I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They did an amazing job repairing my car. I unfortunately had a new issue shortly after they repaired my car the first time that appeared to be the same problem as before. They got me back in right away and quickly determined that the new problem had nothing to do with the original repair. While looking into it, they actually found a few additional issues that appeared to have been caused by work done by the previous owner. They explained everything clearly, fixed the problems quickly, and were incredibly kind and fair throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find a repair shop you truly feel like you can trust, and I absolutely feel that way about them. Their customer service, honesty, and willingness to take care of me were above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be bringing my car back to them in the future

  Excellent local auto shop in Castle Rock! Shane and Dom and the whole team, not to mention the awesome mechanics all are great to work with and do amazing work! Warranty companies can be a pain for auto shops but they helped me work through a claim with mine and I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail in all aspects of the process! They also expediently helped shuttle me around at drop off and pickup times. Elite Auto Works will be my go to for all future mechanic needs! BTW this was for replacement of radiator and thermostat in 2020 Grand Cherokee

  Elite Auto was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We brought in two of our vehicles for tune-ups, and they did an incredible job with both. We worked directly with Chase, and he was honestly one of the best people we’ve ever dealt with at an auto shop. He was kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Chase provided us with a detailed breakdown of everything that needed attention and took the time to explain what each repair was for and why certain things needed to be addressed sooner than others. That meant a lot to us because we felt like we were actually being educated about our vehicles rather than just being handed a list of repairs. Unfortunately, one of our vehicles had the alternator die completely out of nowhere while we were actually on our way to the shop to have it checked. Chase was incredibly helpful in coordinating everything and making what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier for us. The entire experience was above and beyond what we expected. Everyone was respectful, helpful, and genuinely kind to our family. You can tell that they actually care about their customers and take pride in the service they provide. Without a doubt, Elite Auto has customers for life. We have never experienced this level of customer service from an auto shop—or honestly, from many businesses in general. We highly recommend Elite Auto and especially appreciate everything Chase did for us!
