They identify the issues, and offer solutions to get you back in your car and enjoying our beautiful state. Top shelf. I've been to a lot of car repair places over 60 plus years and I've seen a lot of nonsense, not here. I'd drive my grandma to this outfit to get her work done. Great team, great prices, great work. 100%!

- CFChristopher FJun 26, 20265.0Dustin and his team are AMAZING! First I got an estimate from another shop on an O2 sensor error code. When I called and spoke with Dustin he gave me a quote which was substantially less than the other shop. He told me he would have to order the OEM parts and once they arrived he would call me. Parts arrived in a day so that was quick. They ran into a little issue on getting the old ones out which for what they were working on I kinda figured. Dustin was very clear on the problems they were having with the repair and kept me updated. Thankfully the team at Brakes Plus in Castle Rock got it done and with out extra work to the exhaust. I appreciate the communication on the repair and the service I received. Being new to Castle Rock and understanding how hard it is to find an honest and fair shop for repairs to your vehicle I highly recommend Brakes Plus, Castle Rock.
