  Went in for my brakes... making a horrible noise! Thank you for making this an easy task from someone who isn't used to getting vehicles serviced. Jos knew what had to be done & explained that I needed a little more than just brakes. She even showed me why the work needed to be done. Thank you Jos for going above & beyond what I expected!

  Been coming here as long as I lived in Castle Rock so 11 years! They always take care of me and don't pressure repairs. They've gone above and beyond in the past when I needed emergency service. Dustin helped me out recently.

  Don’t take your car here, i took in my saab 9-3 after diagnostic was told the spark plugs and ignition coils needed to be replaced, all fine there untill i was quoted nearly 1600 for the work. Now saab was discontinued in 2013 so i know finding oem parts or suitable aftermarket is difficult so they can be more expensive, i was told that aftermarket ignition coils wont work they have to be oem factory, they then told me oem coils were going to be 280 a pop all 4 would be 1100. I politely decline because i simply cannot afford that as a young adult who just got an apartment, i ask for parts sheet they tell me if i decide to do it myself make sure i buy oem parts. The part number they provided me was nowhere to be found i tried google, and various other part websites until i decided to use chat gpt not even it can locate that part number. Finally i find a group on facebook for saab owners scroll until i find a website that sells oem parts, 4 pack ignition coils for 330 i buy them saturday parts get shipped by thursday free shipping amazing, now heres the fun part i go to take my engine cover off and they had thread-locked or way over torqued the 4th bolt other 3 came off fine it took breaking a t30, buying a new one, stripping the bolt, hammering in the size up a t40 stripping it again, and finally cutting the screw with a grinder and hammeing it out with a flathead and hammer. For anyone who takes the time to read this review do not go here they will over quote you then when you decline service to go to another shop or because it’s unaffordable at the time they will inconvenience you in any way possible.
