  I had an oil change done and was extremely impressed with the service. Everyone was really nice and communicative, which is so appreciated and not always the case when having anything done on your car. I will be using them from now on!

  TOP NOTCH SERVICE!! The folks at Brakes Plus in Castle Rock are amazing. They fixed my stripped lug nuts on my S5 that were damaged by another outfit at no-cost. On top of that, they performed the work quickly, as I needed to be done on time to make another appointment. A big thanks to Joselynn and Mark for the great service and support. I will be sure to bring my car here next time I need service done.

  I went into Brakes Plus in Castle Rock Colorado recently just needing a hand with my truck. Dustin Schuckenbrock, the Store Manager stopped what he was doing without hesitation and went and found what I needed. No charge, no problem, no other questions. It wasn't a huge ask but it was really nice to have someone care enough to help with no promise of self profit. Our world could use a few more people less concerned with themselves and willing to simply do the right thing. It's generally not that difficult. Thanks Dustin

  I have terrible luck with mechanics, but I am so grateful for the experience Travis and the guys at this shop gave me. To make a long story short, car started experiencing some failures, looked like an alternator. I pulled in just a hair before 4pm, they quickly took a look, pulled it into a bay, and said they'd do their best. They proceeded to give me the quickest, most communicative, most honest experience I have ever had with an auto shop. They had to order some parts, and they ended up staying almost an hour past close to make sure we were back on the road same day. Genuinely a shocking contrast to most shops I have been to, I was blown away by their service, timeliness, communication, and professionalism. I can not recommend this set of folks enough, and my standards are high. Well done, bravo, a masterclass in customer service. This shop is an hour drive from my house, but any future work on my cars that can be done by them, will be done by them, because these guys deserve all the business they can get.

  Don’t waste your time going here, go to an actual automotive shop. The agents are either purely sales motivated or totally incompetent. My vehicle was experiencing some road noise and vibration while driving, specifically the passenger front wheel. I dropped it off at Brakes Plus for a free inspection and to get a repair estimate. Within an hour they provided me with a repair estimate stating: all wheel bearings were failing, all rotors and brake pads were below tolerance, both front upper and lower front control arms needed replaced, tie rod ends were all bad, the spark plugs were bad, and all the fluids needed changed. In total, $4,000 worth of immediate repairs using aftermarket parts. The agent provided no actual details or real context and immediately went to pushing for the authorization to begin repairs. I picked up the car and took it to a local reputable automotive shop in town - one that charges a diagnostic fee. The actual automotive shops advised: two wheel bearing were bad, the front ball joints were worn out, and the front lower control arms were in need of replacement. Total repair estimate of $2,000 using OEM components. In summary, Brakes Plus is a joke and their staff is trained to fear monger and upsell you on unneeded items. Don't waste your time going here. Just pay for a diagnostic fee at a local reputable shop and save yourself a couple thousand dollars… I wouldn’t recommend Brakes Plus to my worst enemy.
