- JIJ ISep 24, 20265.0I had an issue with one of my wheels today, and the staff quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it perfectly. They were incredibly kind, professional, and trustworthy. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely come back if I ever need help again. Thank you so much for your great service! I highly recommend this place and wish you continued success!
- AMAndrew MairsSep 22, 20265.0These guys are the best mechanics we’ve ever worked with. Incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. They came through for us when we really needed help with our car. Highly, highly recommend.
- HKHunter KetteringSep 18, 20265.0Kindness, most generous, and knowledgeable team. So fortunate for them!
- DHDave HeyligerAug 7, 20265.0They installed a new catalytic converter and the sensors acted very fussy with Check Engine Light coming on. It took them a lot of tries - and actually exchanged out the sensors (no cost) to "get it right". These guys will NOT steer you wrong!
- MNM NarnaHelloJul 18, 20265.0Here's a version that separates those ideas while keeping it warm and a little humorous: If I could give Carbondale Car Care 10 stars, I would. Every mechanic there has been amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely care about their customers. I especially want to thank Jim, who went above and beyond to help me. His patience, honesty, and willingness to take the time to explain things made a stressful situation so much easier. Before moving to Colorado, I lived in Utah, where it seemed like every mechanic advertised that they were "the honest one." After enough experiences, I learned to be skeptical. Trusting a mechanic didn't come easily. Carbondale Car Care changed that completely. They don't just claim to be honest—they prove it every time. I trust them 100%, and that's something I don't say lightly. They've spoiled me because now I never want to take my car anywhere else. If you're looking for a shop where integrity is real, customer service matters and they do a really great job on your car- this is it.
