- DHDave HeyligerAug 7, 20265.0They installed a new catalytic converter and the sensors acted very fussy with Check Engine Light coming on. It took them a lot of tries - and actually exchanged out the sensors (no cost) to "get it right". These guys will NOT steer you wrong!

Every mechanic there has been amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely care about their customers. I especially want to thank Jim, who went above and beyond to help me. His patience, honesty, and willingness to take the time to explain things made a stressful situation so much easier. Before moving to Colorado, I lived in Utah, where it seemed like every mechanic advertised that they were "the honest one." After enough experiences, I learned to be skeptical. Trusting a mechanic didn't come easily. Carbondale Car Care changed that completely. They don't just claim to be honest—they prove it every time. I trust them 100%, and that's something I don't say lightly. They've spoiled me because now I never want to take my car anywhere else. If you're looking for a shop where integrity is real, customer service matters and they do a really great job on your car- this is it.
