  "I have very late model Pontiac and lost the only key I owned. I did not want to pay almost $300 for a mobile mechanic, so I reached out to Gene at Lindeer Chevrolet. He was incredibly helpful and honest — he could have easily told me to tow it in and charged me a fortune, but he didn't. Gene had a key in stock with the correct transponder chip and was able to cut it right from my VIN number. When I got home and tried it, the car wouldn't start. I called him back and instead of telling me to bring it in, he walked me through the DIY Passlock relearn method free of charge — and was upfront that he wasn't certain it would work, but wanted to give me the chance to try before spending more money. He explained to cycle the ignition to the ON position three times, leaving it on for 10 minutes each time, with a 5 second OFF pause between each cycle. Use a stopwatch to be exact. After the third 10 minute cycle, turn it off for 5 seconds one final time — then crank it. It started like a dream. Gene is the kind of honest, knowledgeable person that is hard to find these days. He saved me hundreds of dollars and didn't have to. If you need a key or anything else, call Gene at Lindeer Chevrolet. Highly recommended!"

  The service department here is outstanding. They do great work, are honest, and do not try to upsell you. If they say that you need a part or service done you need to have it done. I live in CO Springs and take my car to Lindner for almost all of my service needs. They are the only ones I really trust to work on my vehicle. Gene and Ron are great service managers.

  Great customer service, negotiated a fair price for both parties. Friendly & knowledgeable. Did NOT take our whole day to make the purchase. They also have a service center. Highly recommend!
