- BMBetty Montoya2 days ago4.0I was really impressed with Waterway, how very efficient they are an amazing it's like a One-Stop shop on everything you possibly need to get gas and get a Car Wash and detailing their place convenience store is very big has a big selection which was very impressive I would definitely go back it was definitely worth it I know my vehicle was dirty inside for the interior clean they did amazing job I mean I was very impressed.
- TMTracy MeyersJun 21, 20263.0This is my second time I have experienced sub par service at this location. When I outsource the job, I expect that it will be thorough. I had to ask for the mats to be rewashed as they were still dirty and the cargo area still had sand in and debris in it so it had obviously not been vacuumed in all areas. I also come here because they have high power vacuums and they still don’t bother to do a thorough job (see pic as this is representative of entire car). When I pointed out the cargo area, the supervisor did not apologize, but just looked annoyed and vacuumed it himself. I don’t know if they are timed per car or just don’t care, either way it is the last time I drop $82 (yes I still tipped $20 since they were out there in the sun) at that location.

It is probably worth it if you buy a monthly pass. We stopped by for a wash and the car was clean. Their prices are just much higher than other car washes I typically use.
- DSDerrick SmithApr 18, 20262.0I’ve been here a couple of times. It’s OK at best. Prices aren’t terrible but you don’t get your moneys worth. Their inside/outside package for the most is $50. But they miss basic things. I have bug spots still on my windshield even though someone dries it down and see these. The back of my mirrors are still dirty. Back windshield not wiped down. Running board just ignored. Just overall misses. I won’t come back for a full clean. Only through the drive through based on convenience only.
