  This is, by far, the most inconvenient dealership I've ever worked with. If I had another option for purchasing or servicing my vehicle, I would gladly take it. Unfortunately, every experience has been disappointing—from excessive costs and incorrect repairs to poor communication and a complete lack of follow-through. For a luxury automotive brand, I expected a premium customer experience. Instead, there is essentially no concierge service, no convenience, and no sense that the customer's time is valued. This dealership experience feels outdated, frustrating, and unnecessarily difficult.

  Very appreciative to flatiron LR to evaluate the mil code and work with us for diagnostic scheduling. We are traveling from Fort Worth and the assistance on July 2 late afternoon before the big holiday was first rate. Our advisor Blaine was so helpful with options to resolve and we would drive 100 miles to return to flatiron because of his service support

  Sales team was cool. Just be cautious. I bought a used car from them and I am finding a lot of issues with it. Already had to do front brakes literally 2 days after I got it. Rotors were warped and couldn’t notice unless on the highway. Most of the suspension needs to be replaced. Definitely get the car inspected by an outside mechanic before purchasing.

  The sales experience at Land Rover Flatirons was excellent, and the team was attentive and helpful throughout the entire purchase process. Unfortunately, once the vehicle was shipped out of state, the transportation vendor’s service fell well short of the dealership’s high standards. No tracking number or delivery window provided, which left me stuck at home waiting for the drop-off.

  Aubrie Paris was fantastic from start to finish, from talking to the techs and explaining the details of what was found during the diagnostic, and clearly relaying the prices/costs. Regardless of me being knowledgeable and a garage mechanic, it was an excellent experience. Her and her coworkers were great, especially with providing me a loaner vehicle so I could still go to work and take my child to her activities. We will be going back there for any Land Rover issues or fixes we need from now on. Thank you Aubrie.
