- DVDoug VerkampJun 21, 20261.0Have rented from here and Enterprise many times but never again. The car I rented had a radiator that failed. It was clear there was fluid added and a previous leak. Anyway, I received a very deceptive letter from EHI, the claims side of enterprise. In such claim were 2 radiators, 2 tires, administrative fees and a car depreciation fee. I went into the location to inquire. I was reassured that an insurance claim would not be filed prior to revision without tires etc. removed from claim. The manager at location also said I would hear from someone in the claims department to discuss. Well, the very next day with no call or corrections the claim was filed. Be cautious of expecting the local staff or EHI to be trustworthy. Document everything!

Was told since it was hybrid it should get great mileage and did not have to plug it in. Well not quite. Charge was never over 1%. And it appears to only charge when coming to a stop. My trip was all highway and not good gas mileage at all, but that's on me for not choosing a specific vehicle. Otherwise a good location except when I tried to book again with same rate they said that was a one time offering discount so didn't rent again.
