- ZAZ AAug 27, 20261.0BEWARE THIS BRANCH, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE OR RETURN TO HERE! I returned a vehicle to this location after doing a one way rental. The employee I checked the car in with told me there was hail damage and proceeded to file a claim that would have gone against my insurance - this was AFTER she checked Enterprise's OWN INTERNAL WEATHER TOOLS and determined that there was absolutely no hail on the route that I drove. Despite this fact, she continued The fact that the company tried to pin this on me a a customer despite all evidence showing that it was not in fact me was ridiculous, insulting, and scammy. I've never had a bad experience with Enterprise before, but I would never rent from them again. I had to spent hours and hours and wait weeks to get this resolved when it should never have been an issue in the first place.

It was not awful either though so I would definitely go back to Enterprise and I would definitely recommend Enterprise especially at the Broomfield location. Still gave five stars because of the customer service. :)
