- EREsaú RAug 10, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with Whistle Express Car Wash. After the wash, I noticed scratches on the hood of my vehicle. To be clear, I do not believe the scratches came from the automatic machine wash. I personally watched an employee manually scrub the hood of my vehicle using the brushes, and that is where I believe the damage occurred. I immediately spoke with the employees about the issue, but they were not helpful and did not take my concerns seriously. I asked to speak with a manager, expecting someone to come out and address the situation, but instead I was simply given a QR code and told to use that. When I tried using the QR code to speak with someone about the damage, there wasn’t even anyone available to speak with. So essentially, I left with damaged paint, no manager willing to address the issue, and no actual customer service available to help resolve it. I understand that issues can happen, but what really made this experience frustrating was the lack of accountability and customer service afterward. I would strongly recommend taking pictures of your vehicle before using this car wash, and personally, I will not be returning.
