The young girl working the wash bay was annoyed with me thinking I was still on drive or hitting the break. I could see all the face expressions she was making before she came up to my window. I quickly told her, my truck is on N, I know how these systems work. I told her she didn’t have to be rude about it. Nowadays with so many options, customer service should be better… if you’re not happy w your job , go somewhere else; don’t ruin other people’s day with your attitude. First and last time I ever go here. I’m glad I didn’t sign up for the membership.
