  The employees were extremely professional, kind and quick. They were helpful with all questions I had, explained the process of what they would be doing and were honestly a pleasure to work with. I’ve never been somewhere that was so quick, attentive and a positive atmosphere of employees.

  This place just opened very nice. However they didn’t put the lid back on my wife’s coolant one of her hoses was also off and her car was over heating bad had no fluid! Ridiculous not even 24 hours after her oil change this happened. Also the GM was working under the good so this shouldn’t have happened I will Probably stick to the other locations to be safe never has that happened.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Pete and his crew! Even though this location is fairly new and didn’t have the exact amount of oil my vehicle needed, they quickly ordered the additional oil from a nearby auto parts store at no extra charge. The whole process was fast, and I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. Pete and his team were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend this Valvoline location to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and top-notch service!

  I highly recommend the new Valvoline in Brighton! They did an exceptional job. They showed me the filter, they checked my cabin filter and Zhi, the tech, explained each process, as well as showed me on a computer screen eveything that was being checked. He and his co-workers were professional, courteous and friendly! Five Star Service! 🥇🥇🥇

  Stopped by for an oil change and radiator flush and had a great experience. Brandon, Damien, and Zhi were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. As someone who's mechanically inclined, I appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were seeing and why they recommended certain services without making it feel like a sales pitch. Brandon and I also got to talking as fellow veterans, which made the visit even better. Fast service, good conversation, and a team that genuinely seems to care about doing things right. Definitely recommend this location for others to try as well!
