- SWShane WillingApr 23, 20263.0I was coming here monthly for my work truck. They are a friendly crew but I think they are forced to be super greedy by corpate. This last time I had gotten approved from my fleet the day before. I had ask for a 70k transmission service and oil change. They called confiming my milage and what I needed because it wasn't entered right or something. At no point telling me they could not do the transmission service. Came back the next day they said it was approved. I ussally just let them do what on my service PM schedule which the transmision service was. Maybe i should've reviewed it better with them. Didn't see they couldn't do the transmission until I got my reciet and it wasn't on there. They don't have the proper tool. Fine. But you guys called And confirmed what I wanted. And also rotated day old tires for $50. Its not my money. But I get scolded for wasting it. Rather irritated I have to make another stop. Get another approval from fleet again and get the transmission service done. I will be trying other service providers.

I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because I have never used Jiffy Lube before, and I know sometimes things arise later in time after getting a vehicle serviced, so I don't know yet about overall quality and work competence, just had my vehicle serviced today.
