- PSPaul SSep 26, 20261.0I live a block away from this Gill Point S location and was in about two weeks ago and had them replace a tpms sensor and they charged me $20 which is what I expected for a flat repair. Then I stopped in a week after that to have them look at a low tire pressure. While I was there a young kid working behind the counter threatened to beat be up! (Long story, not going it) just absolutely rude. Then this week I was in again because my valve stem was close and I didn’t want to take the chance on driving it to far to another tire repair location. Once in the store I explained to the manager I just needed them to install a tpms sensor, I ask him how much and he said $30! This shocked me because two weeks prior the same manager charged me $20. I said why $30 when two weeks prior I was charged $20. He said not a problem I will charge you $20! This seemed like a bully move based on what happened the week prior. He explained while standing outside he handled things with the kid. On the phone he kept justifying the kid’s actions by saying he has never done anything like that before and doesn’t sound like something he would do! I had been going to this location for close to 10 years and will never give them any of my business again. And you better believe I will let people know how they do business!

He ordered the tires I wanted, and got me in and out in 30 minutes the day after my tires came in. Will is very helpful and knowledgeable about options we discussed. Very smooth experience the whole way through!! Definitely would recommend👍

Definitely glad I did, Will and Gio were both extremely knowledgeable and gave me some great options for my truck. Just by asking some personable questions about my driving habits, I chose a great set of all terrain tires to set me up for this winter and some mountain driving. Where the bigger shop would of just gave me the standard tires, these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Appreciate you guys. I'll definitely be back.
