  Great customer service and unbeatable prices. It was a straightforward and easy experience to rent a car as soon as I landed at DIA. Got an uber from the airport and was in the rental promptly. The car had apple play and adaptive cruise control! Return process was just as smooth.

  Im a Gold Member and only.use debit cards for rentals. I have never had to use a credit card for SUVs or trucks before. This location said I would need to do that plus the total price was 800 dollars more than it should have been. I will not ever return to this location.

  We came in to rent a car last minute and DJ was there to help us. Even though it was incredibly busy he maintained a positive attitude and provided us with excellent service. Thank you for making things easy for us during a last minute time of need.

  I had a terrible experience at this location. First, I’ve been calling around for three days trying to find an available car. This place told me they might get the car in the next morning and to call right at 9 am to confirm if it arrived. I called the next day at 9 am and waited 10-15 minutes on hold until the call abruptly ended because no one at Enterprise answered. I called again at 9:30-9:45 and waited another 10-15 minutes until the phone hung up again. I tried calling once more around 10:15 and waited on hold until 10:30 am before the phone hung up on me again. I tried calling two more times at 11 am and 11:30 am, but I was met with the same disappointment and hung up on. If there were no available vehicles, I understand. However, I don’t understand why the employee who moved my reservation to this location promised to call me once the car arrived and update me if it was the one we were looking for. He never called or answered any calls at the business for three hours. It didn’t help that this location was an hour away from me, so it was impossible for me to just drive over and check. Please update your employee and management training to better assist customers.
