  I wish I could rate one star, but with Google’s algorithm it’s easy to request a one star review to be removed… I wonder how many they have already removed. To be completely honest, I have rented a vehicle from here before and that experience was okay, not the best but Jessie’s help definitely was great! Hate to see that she left, but it’s no question about why she left. She was accommodating and always put customer experience first. Now for the current issues. Hannah, is an experience I do not wish for anyone! She is unreliable, rude, not understanding, charges you for things that you never agreed to or just adds random stuff after you return a rental. The first time I rented here Hannah helped me first, and I left without a rental because I hated the customer service given. Then when I decided to give them another chance Jessie helped me. When I went back and was told Jessie had left I reluctantly gave Hannah another chance. I wish I could tell myself to run as far as away as I could. Hannah was a nightmare, one miscellaneous charge after another, with no explanation when I reached out for one. The car given to me had one issue after another, mechanical and tires that had nails in them, but as her statement always is, “this is the only vehicle available.” And it’s always a large SUV, even when you request to switch into something more cost effective, there is never one available, but they’ll call you when one is available. She always acted as if I was a burden to her, as if I wanted to rent a car. I would recommend you steer away from this place and stick to Uber rides, or something else completely different. It would probably be more cost effective in the end.

  Our Rep, DJ, was very professional and personable. Explained all paper work, answered our questions, and made the rental process easy. Would have preferred a Chevy or Ford but none available, Nissan was a decent vehicle. Got us there and back with no problems. Have always had good luck renting from Enterprise…

  I just rented a car from this location, and was helped by DJ. He was incredibly friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the process quick and stress-free. Great customer service, I will definitely rent from this location again!

  Hannah and DJ are very good at what they do! They are timely, thorough, and not to mention kind and thoughtful! I would recommend this location for anyone!! Cars are always very clean, and have never had an issue!
