  I came in right before the Holiday without a reservation. They didn't have any cars available. They went above and beyond to get me a car. Top Notch Service!

  DJ, Mary & Hannah has been amazing help they are really responsive and reliable very good in communication and fine in detail when it comes to renting and your rental there was no question I needed to ask! They keep there cars clean and maintained I really appreciate these three for making my life a lot easier!

  Severely understaffed location with a poorly managed car selection. I was not the only customer who had to wait hours for a rental car that was previously booked online but not available at the time of pick up. I was told I was being upgraded to apologize for the wait, but it was clear they had just grabbed the nearest car available, and that the car I was given was fresh from a Grease Monkey visit because the inside was dirty, less than half a tank of gas, and the exterior needed a car wash. The staff also tried to tell me that I couldn't rent a car without showing proof of additional car insurance (and car insurance through a credit card did not count). I do not understand the confusion when both Colorado law, the enterprise website, and the last rental car I had the previous weekend all allowed me to use credit card coverage. Hands down the worst rental car experience of my life.

  I cannot recommend using this location or Enterprise ever again. I have had to use them in the past for insurance purposes and it was fine, but after our last experience, I will walk before I use them again. I scheduled a rental about 6 weeks out for a road trip. We specifically needed a vehicle that could seat 6 so I requested a minivan. I got several reminder emails and thought all was good. The website allowed me to schedule a pick up at noon on a Saturday (we planned to leave for our road trip Sunday morning), which was perfect for the rest of our plan. We got a call Thursday evening asking us to come early on Saturday because this location closes at noon. Weird that the website doesn't stop you from scheduling after noon but okay, we moved some things around no problem. At that time I confirmed that they would have a van available and was assured it would either be a Chrysler Pacifica or a Toyota Sienna. Great! We show up at this location around 1115 on Saturday (June 13th) and there are 4 other groups of people with one guy working. As we walk in, he greets us and asks how big of a vehicle we need.... Ummm what?! I say six and he says "I have one that seats 5 is that okay?" Yes let me strap my child to the roof. He then says he called "every other" location and no one had a van. This seems sus so I call the 1800 number for Enterprise and am told there is nothing anywhere..... How do you have a rental car company and you DO NOT have ONE van anywhere in the Denver metro area?! I'm informed they MIGHT have one at the airport but it would be an almost $700 increase in price. I responded "Absolutely not, this was YOUR mistake not mine, the price will be matched" to which the customer service rep said I could ask..... Gee. Thanks. I drive out to DIA and while that customer service rep was kind, the supervisor on duty was absolutely not. She was rude and dismissive and said they didn't have to honor any price from any other location. At this point, I tried to cancel the rental and couldn't because the window had already passed. I again had to call the 1800 number to get it canceled. As I left the DIA location, I immediately went online to Budget, made a reservation and went right next door and picked up IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. AND it was $400 less than what Enterprise was going to charge at DIA. Lesson learned. Enterprise is a joke with HORRIBLE customer service. Save yourself the headache and start with Budget. TLDR: DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE.

  I had a fantastic experience at the Brighton, CO location! The staff went above and beyond—they were so welcoming, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of speed and genuine hospitality, and it made my rental completely hassle-free. Kudos to the team! Exceptional customer service!!
