- IRIliana RodriguezOct 1, 20261.0This Enterprise location forgot to pick me up. I waited an hour, assuming someone was on the way, only to find out when I called for an update that they hadn’t even sent a driver. I also don’t understand why my pickup was assigned to a location 26 minutes away instead of a nearby Enterprise branch. The lack of communication and coordination made an already inconvenient situation even more frustrating.
- EVErendida ValadezSep 30, 20261.0Every time I call no one answers and I get hung up on. Then we get brushed off when we go in person to inquire about unauthorized transactions happening here. Bad Servicing, not even the management is able to help.
- LVLucia ValadezSep 30, 20261.0Usaron mi tarjeta sin autorización varias veces sin yo hacer un rental con esta compañía. 4 veces. Intente ir a investigar i no me quisieron atender ni el manager. Mal servicio 😡
- CCCaseySep 15, 20261.0Enterprise: where it's easier to buy a gun than rent a car! I spent a week trying to get the best deal, get my money in order and have everything I could possibly need set up to rent this vehicle. Hidden things they don't tell you upfront when you book your car: there will be a $300 deposit for the vehicle, and you have to have a valid IN STATE ID or CREDIT card in order to rent the vehicle. Let me be clear about this joke. You have to be at least 25. You have to have a CREDIT card (WITH A CHIP!), debit isn't good enough? You have to have an IN STATE license. If you give them an in state address, they will "verify" it and if their internal system decides you don't live there, you have to give them THREE PROOFS OF ADDRESS! 2 utility bills and a bank statement! It's easier to get a passport than rent from them. It's easier to join the military than rent from them! 😂 Ludicrous, completely absurd and I should be compensated for my wasted time and setback on my travel plans.
