  John was fantastic and reasonable. I brought my car in and couldn't afford the original price he told me. He came back to me with a fair deal that I could afford. Clean place and friendly service. I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH.

  Brakes Plus was so amazing with us today. We came in for an alignment but found out we needed so much more. They saved us over 500 dollars and even help with a Uber ride home so we didn't have to wait at the shop all day. Thank you so much for helping us get back on the road safely and all your kindness.

  I made a mistake on a Vintage Air gen 5 system and disconnected compressor when putting wires in loom. Took to Brakes Plus for a/c charge and compressor would not turn on. They evacuated so I could replace compressor. I found my mistake, fixed and took back fearing I would have to pay again but John took care of me. Such dedication to customers is rare. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you

  I had a really positive experience here! My car was tended to quickly and professionally, with some necessary work mentioned and also tended to same-day. The store manager John Vine was very pleasant and professional, and the store and its facilities were clean and nicely kept up. 5 stars fully earned!

  I’ve been going to Brakes Plus in Brighton for a while now, and they’ve always taken great care of me. The staff is friendly, honest, and always willing to help. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain things and make sure I’m taken care of without making me feel pressured. It’s hard to find a shop you can genuinely trust, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. I definitely recommend Brakes Plus in Brighton to anyone looking for good service and people who actually care about their customers!
