  Their service was easy, quick and informative. They were able to quickly to get a stuck lug-nut/stud that was spinning when trying to remove it from the wheel. Overall very friendly folks. Thanks for helping me out quickly!!

  John Vine is an amazing manager he has taken care of all our trucks for years and today 10/12/2026 he personally took my GMC SIERRA HARLEY DAVISON TRUCK to bay to work on oil change and tires rotation. ALWAYS great service!!

  I can't even explain how corrupt and dishonest my experience was. I went in for a BRAKE check and oil change. He tried to charge me $1000 for all four rotors and brake pads. I went to change them later with my brother because no way I'm paying that much for a simple fix. Me and my brother discovered he literally lied about needing brakes. He said i had a cracked rotor and literally very little wear and tear was found on rotors. Pads are also no where near replacement condition. He said a clicking noise was from my brakes. Idk what dummy he thought I was, but the noise was from my front CV axle that needs replacement and the guy tried to suggest struts and sway bar. Never mentioned the actual problem which is my CV axle. He said my front right tire had a broken band. Also a lie when we went to change the brakes. He mentioned something being twisted in the brake line like it was a big deal. It was literally something he could fix by just readjusting the caliber, which he would have had to take the caliber off to check my rotor and pads anyway. To end the shitty experience, I asked for the $50 oil change. To my fault, I didn't know my car only takes synthetic. I know enough to know i should have looked that up prior to getting an oil change. Instead of telling me that, he proceeded to say okay to the traditional oil change and tried to charge me for an unauthorized synthetic change AND filter I didn't request and charged labor for the filter. If I didn't completely refuse to pay $100, I would have been fucked over by the guy. Pictures of some of my rotors and brakes attached to show that this place is corrupt in service.

  I have been getting my oil change from Brakes Plus for about 3 years now and always have a great experience. They are very quick at getting the service done and give great detail on the different things they performed. All the employees are welcoming and are open to answering any questions!
