This car wash is awful! I spent $25 and the dryer isn’t working. My brand new truck looks worse than it did before I brought it to this joke of an establishment. Called to get a refund and they wouldn’t refund the full amount. What an awful company. Taking advantage of us consumers. Shame on you Autowash! WALL OF SHAME!

Terrible car wash. Waste of 11 dollars. Not enough pressure to wash off soap. Smells like shit. Truck is way worse off than it was

Horrendous. Touchscreen in the washbay is nonresponsive, laggy, pressure is horrible, and to top it all off egregiously expensive. 0/10

Paid for the $25 wash. Under car sprays are not working in the first autowash bay also the part that comes down to was and dry isn't working either. Seems wash hasn't been well maintained. After the wash my truck still had bugs in front and alot of water spots due to dryer not coming down.

On 9/13/2026 I used the automated wash Bay two went through it. Everything seemed to be fine. Then when the dryer came on, no air was coming out after wash completed. My car was not dry. I called and complained and they offered me a free code to go back through the car wash. Around 9 o’clock that night I went back to the car wash and went to Bay one same issue with the dryer it was not blowing air. I called back ended up leaving a voicemail because it was after hours. They did return my call promptly this morning Monday the 14th and offered me another free car wash and I said no I’m over it. I just want my money back and I was told that wasn’t an option. So I feel like my only option is is to tell everybody about it so it doesn’t happen to them.
