  If I could leave zero stars I would. The screen stops working as soon as it gets wet, and the foam brush was snapped in half. So not only could I not wash my truck, I couldn’t stop it from charging my card. Never coming back here complete waste of $25.

  The Brighton location hasn't worked properly in over a year, I spoke with someone on this matter several times over that year and it was never fixed. I can no longer support a business that doesn't care about their customers. Very expensive for what you get, I have been to other locations that work amazingly but not worth the drive. Customer service if lacking as well.

  Beware! None of their equipment works. At Larkridge no soap and another time just days before, none of their self serve were online and their automatic bays were blocked off. Went to Brighton and none of the vacuums would turn on. Called customer service and the lady on 8/17/26, 11am was rude and condescending and doesn't value paying customers w memberships. Couldn't vacuum out car at all. And automatic bays and those two locations, don't dry car off what so ever, so defeats purpose of even going. Don't waste your money. Go to an old school place, they always work and have better customer service.

  This place is a scam! I started a membership and immediately regretted it! The automatic was was closed as reviews show its closed pretty often... on top of that the self service bays have such low pressure even after 15 minutes it didn't even really clean my truck, left horrible water spots. I immediately canceled the membership and was still charged for the full month!!! I'm pretty sure many many of us have fallen victim to this type of extortion, promised a great membership and still charged when we immediately cancel... this is how this car wash makes its money, they just scam people and profit

  I went here for a $12 self serve wash and upon scanning the code to activate the wash the app kept throwing an error and so did the screen at the wash, I did eventually get it activated to find out every time I picked a different mode the screen would throw an error and then say “wash is out of order” for a couple seconds. To remedy this I had to go to the main menu every time and click the mode I wanted multiple times to get it to work. Untop of all this the foam brush did not foam, just spat out water, and when I clicked “High Pressure Rinse” the gun was continuing to dispense soap with water. Now I made sure twice I was on high pressure rinse and not on another mode for the wand, and gave it time to clear the soap from the lines but for the Entire wash, it kept dispensing soap. Now I have a car with dried soap all over it and $12 of my wash credits waisted. Please autowash look into this location and fix those issues so nobody else experiences this.
