  This place was my go to rental place for 10 years. I will never go back after the treatment I have received l. I referred my elderly mother to get a car while hers is being repaired. To start off she waited an hour at the office . Once they gave her the vehicle she was exhausted and had to get home . When I saw the van they gave her it was completely covered in dead bugs l, so bad the windows were even covered making the visibility bad. The white van bumper was red with blood from the bugs. There is hair and crumbs all over the inside plus a bad smell. I called the boulder office at 5:30 and was placed on hold . I waited on hold for 40 minutes until eventually they hung up . When I called back immediately they were closed. I then called the customer service line .they asked for the vin number when I popped the hood I saw the at the coolant expansion chamber was completely empty.. I was on the phone for 3 more hours. They said if I wanted a different car that I needed to take an uber to DIA and get it myself. Told them I couldn’t do that and to have a manager call me ASAP . The next morning after 9 I got a call from Tim who identified himself as an area manager in charge of several locations. I was relieved to know that they were being so responsive and had worked with him to get another vehicle lined up to replace the vehicle that was faulty. He told me he’d call me back in a couple hours after not hearing from him for five hours. I called him back. He seemed to have forgotten about the deal but then looked up and found a car and we made arrangements to have the car dropped off at 4 PM at 6:30 PM. He still had not shown up or called so I called him back and was told he went home for the day so apparently he forgot about me the second time we waited in the driveway for four additional hours for somebody to show up with the defective vehicle and nobody ever called or came back. I called his number. someone else answered and said that he had been gone home and that nobody can get a hold of him now two days into sitting with the defective rental car do not feel comfortable driving it without engine coolant, this is unbelievably unacceptable and I will never use enterprise again. I’ll make sure to let everybody. I know I’ll pour There Services now gotten you don’t leave somebody waiting in their driveway for hours without letting them know what’s going on. I gave him a personal cell phone number told him to keep me posted. Left work an hour early to stand there.

  Nice enough, but the constant upselling of daily insurance coverage that nearly matches the rental car price is off-putting. They force you to say no an unreasonable amount of times. The car we received was a lower class than reserved and I would have not been given a refund for the difference if I didn’t ask. Many of their cars are old (with many scrapes and dings) and the one we received had almost 40k miles—yet they treat it like a brand new car and make you paranoid that they will charge you for preexisting dings. I don’t think I’d want to have this experience again.
