  Nice enough, but the constant upselling of daily insurance coverage that nearly matches the rental car price is off-putting. They force you to say no an unreasonable amount of times. The car we received was a lower class than reserved and I would have not been given a refund for the difference if I didn’t ask. Many of their cars are old (with many scrapes and dings) and the one we received had almost 40k miles—yet they treat it like a brand new car and make you paranoid that they will charge you for preexisting dings. I don’t think I’d want to have this experience again.

  The whole process was easy and the rental reasonably priced. The agent helped me program my phone to the car’s system. When I returned their driver drove home—some six miles away. Highly recommended.

  I went with my Dad to understand about the rental car. When we entered the office, his name is Bryan, we asked about how much does the rental cost for a day. My dad asked him is it closed on Sunday and then the way he replied to my Dad sorry i don’t care if he’s manager or just a person working there he got so rude to my dad and replied Why do we have to open on Sunday?? That’s not how you should behave with your customers. While working in this type of field you should have a positive behaviour towards your customers. I was looking to complain it to the higher level of management and yes i will do that.

  Helpful and transparent agents and well maintained vehicles. Despite the summer craze I was able to smoothly rent what I needed and had no issues at any point of the process. Thank you, Enterprise Boulder!
