Carter was very friendly, showed us how he checked the car for dents. Explained so much of the process to us, making it educational and interesting in a good way. The car was great, but mostly just liked the ease and customer service. Thanks for your help and kindness, Carter!

We had our car in 5 minutes, process was easy, customer service was great, and we were on our way - there were no tricks, no upcharges. My first interaction was with Carter, the branch rental manager, and he was a great pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this Enterprise location when you need a vehicle. Drop off was also a breeze. In and out quickly and even got a ride to the bus station.
