  Had an issue with my rental and the issue was immediately addressed and fixed by the gentleman working there that day. Grateful for his help in getting me the new rental car and speedy service.

  The entire staff at the Mapleton Ave - Boulder location is top notch! They were quick to get me in my vehicle, picked up and dropped me off with no notice, and are just generally good people. By far the best rental car experience I have ever had and makes me look forward to renting from this location again. Give these guys a RAISE!

  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I had a confirmed reservation for 8:00 AM on June 11 and even completed the online check-in the day before to make pickup smooth and efficient. Despite this, there was no vehicle available when I arrived, and I did not receive my car until around 9:30 AM. This delay had a major impact on my trip. I had a timed-entry reservation for Rocky Mountain National Park that morning, which I missed because of the late pickup. Since no additional reservations were available that day, the first day of our 7-day vacation was completely disrupted. We had to change our itinerary, skip planned destinations, and even cancel a non-refundable hotel reservation. To make matters worse, a few days into the trip the vehicle displayed a "service due" notification. Basic maintenance should be completed before a vehicle is handed to a customer. We were in a remote area with no Enterprise location nearby, so we had no practical way to address the issue.

  My husband & I made a reservation for 2 passenger vans for our micro-wedding weekend 6 months prior to the event. In the days before the wedding, we received a phone call that the passenger van inventory was limited and we may not be able to receive the vans we originally reserved. Once the Enterprise team learned this was for our wedding, they made it their mission to ensure we had these vans for our guests! Ryan and his team went above and beyond our expectations - we were so impressed with his efforts & communication during the very difficult time they were having trying to get us these vans. Our day was wonderful, and Ryan & his team had a huge part in that. Thank you so so much!! 💓
