  They were very quick when I made an appointment. Had a taillight that needed fixing after I got pulled over and they were so kind. They were able to fix it in 20 minutes and the customer service was easy and smooth. I would have gotten overcharged elsewhere for this simple fix.

  Do not go here. You'll be back at the shop in a few months. Cheap service and inadequate repairs. I went in for new brake pads, rotors/drums, and rear shocks. Issue #1 was when I drove out of the shop, there was a loud, unmissable rattle. When I took my car back in the next day they said they "missed" a bolt. Issue #2: the next week, my car started whining whenever I hit 40+ MPH during my commute to Golden and the squeaking in my brakes retuned. When I brought my car back in, they said nothing was wrong. Issue #3: after this appointment my front seat was brown from the mechanic sitting in it. At other shops, my car has been returned with napkins because the mechanics take care not to stain the seats. Here, I had to rent a wet vac to clean it. I'm not talking spots — the entire seat was brown and dirty. I finally took my car to Midas to address the squeaking brakes. They looked at the part # and told me it was because the brakes they installed are such bad quality. I would not recommend Brakes Plus to anyone. The employees are kind and helpful. But, Brakes Plus provides the cheapest service possible at the expense of your car. Go anywhere else.

  Came in thinking I needed new brakes but they were super honest and told me my pads still had plenty of life left (~7mm). They cleaned everything up, adjusted the brakes, and explained the soft pedal feel without trying to upsell me into unnecessary repairs. Really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Solid experience overall.

  Amazing experience at Brakes Plus. The front desk staff and mechanics were very professional, honest, and helpful. They explained everything clearly with no hidden surprises. What impressed me most was that they caught an issue that my Toyota dealer had missed, which really showed their attention to detail and experience. Reliable service, great customer care, and a team you can trust. Highly recommended!

  I have been to this place multiple times and cannot recommend it enough. I have brought my car in for a headlight issue and they were able to take a look and recommend options pretty quickly and at a very reasonable price. The staff is extremely friendly and there is a nice waiting area where you can hangout while they work on your car!
